Questions:

1) Is there any way to change the table background? Everything is really black.
2) Is there any way to access the buy-in details of the tournament quickly? It's really frustrating being unable to see how much the buy-in is for a SNG. I have to click info then open a lobby to see the buy-in?

I don't know, I processed a cashout on the 16th and there still hasn't been any movement. Some of the people on here are idiots who think they know everything in the world. They don't, there are even paid shills on here. You can't listen to everyone on here and expect to get honest good advice. I am doing my best to document everything going on with my lockout experience on my website and it hasn't been positive. But, these also aren't ordinary times either.

Lockpoker has a great setup, the tables are clean, the options are awesome, and the fish are fishy. So far however after nearly two weeks they have not processed my cashout. Take it as you will and best of luck to you.

I have played on Carbon for years. There have been many times cash outs have been backed up and delayed. If you spent any time doing any research on the room you picked and its network, you would know that.

Since April 15th, there have been a HUGE increase of new players, support is overloaded, and options have been diminished. It would be INSANE to not expect some delays right now.

This may even be the new normal going forward- who can tell? But I can tell you, that everyone has in the past been paid, even if it has taken a while.

Keep in mind how the big boys moved money so quickly. Id rather be patient than risk not playing on Merge at all, personally.

We all need to plan accordingly and expect delays. Yea, it sux. But it is what it is.

The sky is not falling ,chicken little. Man up and face reality on US facing sites post 4-15.

At this point I would kill for a quick conversation with a support rep, It's been 7 hours since I've requested them to change my name from "Maxwell Ludwig" to "Ludwig Maxwell" because a Western Union rep decided to switch around my name when I called to make a change...then another rep informed me that because they did this, it's going to be extremely hard to get a refund if the receiving party wont accept the transfer. I hate Western Union.

Been reading these forums since about '07, never had a need to make an account until now however. I played at FTP but I am now moving to Lock.

My question is:
I signed up on thenuts.com to be eligible for the iPad 2 promotion, however the only means I have of depositing is via my VISA Debit card. And that has, thus far, not worked for depositing on Lock Poker. I emailed support and was told to deposit via Lock Casino then transfer funds to Lock Poker, I know this method will work, however I dont want to risk missing out on the iPad 2 deal. And afaik their is no option on the Lock Casino deposit page to use the bonus code for the iPad 2 deal. If anyone has deposited via Lock Casino and transfered to Lock Poker and has gotten the iPad 2 deal please let me know, thanks in advance to any response I get.

well i really don,t know whats going on,i requested cash out on 18th 2 days later lock support rep ask for my documents which i send promptly,i even got a email back saying thanks very much for your documents of someone called penelope, then after a 2 or 3 days of exchanged emails i was promised it would be in the next 48 hours as i,m withdrawing via money bookers.i had a email yesterday saying my withdrawal has been denied as they need my id.they know full well i sent all my documents in 1 week ago.so just to be sure i sent all my documents again to support@mergegaming.com and support@lockpoker.com and even forwarded the original email with documents in along with the thank you of penlope and i have not heard nothing,there not even responding to me.can you shed some light on this situation rizen

Unfortunately no, Ive been reading other forums since 07, just never bothered to set up any accounts... Any sort of vague information you can give me?

Very similar situation. Deposited via neteller and requested a cashout. After 2 days got an email requesting to fill out a form and copy of ID which I provided within 24h. Got a confirmation that they recived all required documents and I will get a email once verified.

NOTHING happend in 12 days....
Got an email from emily 5 days ago, answered her mail with a question.... nothing

Wrote them an email 1,5days ago to ask what is going on.... nothing.

WTF ?!?

Nope, cashed out that saturday. Still haven't even recieved an email from them other than the one requesting all of personal information, dl, license, and other crap. Sent it that night, still no further contact. I have emailed 6 times.

I don't know whether depositing in the casino will work for you to still get the promo ( I just don't know either way). You can try to get some sort of an international prepaid card & that may allow you to deposit directly onto the poker site. You can perhaps try to ask Lock's support about this.

I'm still waiting for confirmation on my attempted withdrawal from over a week ago. No word yet from support.

When I first joined Lock Poker the support was amazing. At this point I'm considering eventually moving to a different skin. I really like LP but quick cashouts are really important to me.

You can still have the iPad 2 deal, just deposit at their casino side, get approved then transfer to your poker account, and email the support, they will manually apply the iPad 2 promo into your account.

All these posts about no response to emails sent to support regarding withdrawals is somewhat concerning to me.

I emailed them last night after having trouble depositing and since then we've emailed back and forth a few times. I was quite surprised about their response time but had a suspicion it's because I was trying to put funds ON the site.

Hope you guys hear something soon.
