I requested a check 5 weeks ago and when I look in my Cashier History it says that my check is verified. I think it said requested a week or so ago. So how far along am I in the process if my check status recently changed to verified? Thanks for the help.

This is the going vig and current wait period. Take some personal responsibility for your choices. While I acknowledge the wait period and resulting vig are both ridiculous no-one is hiding these facts from you. If, in fact you are unaware of these facts you have no one to blame but yourself for failing to inquire in today's poker climate.

Own your own sh*t. Take some responsibility.
What exactly is lock owning and what is there responsibility?

Lock owns the risk of illegally transferring money to and from a gambling site, and the seizure of site/ funds by the DOJ that other sites have suffered.

They take forever in order to dodge regulation, undoubtedly through shady processors and a long, convoluted, money laundering chain. There's a reason they still cater to every state, regardless of legal risks, and it's precisely because they take the needed extra steps to hide from the government.

Their extra processing time is a direct result of dodging UIGEA and states laws. Until that changes, neither will the multi month waits.

Why then is it taking lock so long to process payments to row players not under doj and USA jurisdiction?

This......and why does a site like Americas cardroom/Black chip get checks to you within 2 weeks and funds on a prepaid card within 72 hours but Revolution can not do the same within the same time period? I have now recieved 5 cashouts from Black chip (WPN) and I am still waiting on 1 from lock. Pretty messed up. Kind of looks like they are playing the day to day game and I seriously doubt if they went under tomorrow they have a seperate account with all of our funds in it. Wasnt there 2 other sites that did the same thing? what were those sites again? lol

There was actually a third which after reading thru entire threads had the same identical patterns as lock before it stiffed many players and this was everleaf and the predominant skin on that network was Minted Poker. Same exact mo that is happening here. I hope everyone here dosen't wind up as they did with Minted.

Minted had lga which assured players that their funds where segregated on everleaf. Turned out funds where not segragated. It has been one year since Minted and it looks like Lock is the next Minted fiasco. All the players have on lock is Shanes word. At one point I believe although I could be wrong Lock stated that they where affiliated with lga as well, this turned out not to be true if I am not mistaken. It is pretty scary that Lock can't even name an auditing firm that segragates players funds , many players have asked and where given the answer that it would be precarious to give the name of firm which can indeed verify funds are segragated.

I've been waiting since October 31st.

I think someone just received a check from October 24th.

Thing that is odd is that someone also claimed to get a check who requested 7 days after me.

Wrong thread. You have to post in this thread:

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/15...r-site-points/

Keep in mind also...lock is going for about .70 on a dollar right now

Right at 98 days and counting
Requested: Nov 13th
Verified: December 27th
Received: ???

Since early January I've received emails saying It would arrive "Within 7-14 days", "By the End of the week" etc. Still haven't received anything, and support won't even respond. I've been patient and only sent 2 emails about a month apart asking where my check is, and support refuses to give me an answer. Anyone who puts money on LockPoker is basically burning money.

Check requested sometime in early November. Still waiting. Have sent multiple emails to Shane/CS, one of which I was responded to saying that the cashier dept would contact me soon. The others were just ignored.

111 days for me now. Requested October 31st, still have not received my check. I'm not supposed to complain though.

Not sure about you, but my cashout in November was my first one. So when you've never seen anything from Lock it gets pretty frustrating and you begin to lose faith.

No check again today. haha when am I allowed to say they aren't paying me? Would the end of this month be enough? That's 4 months.

As for the prior post, no I've never gotten a payout from them. I had funds transferred there from a site I had money on that stopped taking American players I guess.. I didn't know I had money on that site at all. I played 1 tournament, came in second for 1k and cashed out. So everyone says I know what I was getting involved with is wrong.

Why can't I charge them interest? I feel like I'm giving them a loan at this point. 4+ months almost.
