Is it normal for it to take a month from the time it was approved to having the check in hand? If not is email my only option for contacting support, judging by this thread i assume they're not going to be very helpful

This is beyond ridiculous. Never have I seen a cashout complaint so widespread (exclusing the July 09' Full Tilt freezes Black Friday, of course.) The fact that there are so fewer members on Revolution makes this even more egregious. Something has got to be done.

Funny. I requested my cashout 1 day before you and I was in the same boat for mid-late October delayed WU's...and mine still says pending with no information. 41 days now for me

This is absolutely incredible. Nobody had gotten a payout since sept. how is it that people continue to play on this site? I have been a long time loyal customer but this payout or lack of payout has broke this camel's back.

My check requested 10/4 not yet processed. And I thought I was waiting a long time. Maybe Locks next big promotion should just be to get people paid in a reasonable timeframe.

So the last successful Lock check was on 8/30??? And now Lock is completely not paying???

No word on when it will be processed.

So even after it is processed... it appears there is a long waiting period to receiving the check. You can't be serious Lock.

I think the general consensus on the forum as of late is to NOT request checks, go for WU, if its ever available again

I had one processed on 11/1 as well and still have received nothing. Emailed support and they told me it should be here by the end of the week, but that was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing.

The general consensus is that Lock don't give a donkey's ass if US players get paid. I am having a really bad feeling about Lock poker. Shane and Rizen completely disappear from this forum to defend Lock.

I waited 2 months for a 3K check and it is still not processed yet. What am I going to do? Cancel my check payout and request a 2K western union? How long will that take? Another 2 months?

I am fed up with Lock. Haven't play on Lock in one month.

I sent an email to Lock support asking on the status of my 10/8 $3000 (SN - welcomedonk) payout. What I got back in 10 mins was this...

I then followup with another email asking about the last successful lock payout (according to 2+2 forum Lock cashout thread) was on 8/30. Also asking if he can forward my email to his supervisor. What I got back in 10 mins from Lock Support is the same exact copy and paste from their 1st email.

Seriously Lock... you can't even read the email and answer my questions? You train your customer support to copy and paste generic response without reservation?

I have come to the conclusion... Lock is not paying out to US customer. They are on a deposit only business model. Stay away from this site.

Obviously both can't be true.. Getting Jerked around.. Tired of begging for my money.. Still waiting

I requested check withdraw on Sept 1st.
Finally after many emails I was told that my check was processed on Nov 1st.
It's Dec 5th and I still don't have my check.

I am getting all the same form emails and run around that everyone else here is getting.

On Nov 8th I emailed JDB Services Support:
Has the check actually been sent, or does "Processed" mean the start of
another waiting period before it is actually physically sent?

I see your check was eventually processed in the November 1st batch. Our processor sends these out quite swiftly so you should expect the check in the next 2-3 weeks
I am afraid tracking numbers are not currently provided by our Check Processor.

Nov 1st Batch - supposedly 2-3 weeks to receive - 5 weeks latter still no check. Over 3 months since original withdraw request!

Obviously Lock is a scam. Has anyone heard when they are closing the site for good?
I still see all the typical affiliates still shilling for Lock. Has anyone heard of affiliates jumping off the Lock scam?

Jennifer Larson - what kind of business model are you running for Lock? A deposit only model? Get your lazy ass off the couch and start writing checks to pay your customers. I should not have to badger you to get my money. For chirst sake... the last reported check request which was paid was on 8/30. It has been over 3 months and Lock has not been paying any USA players.

If anybody has received a check, please post.

I requested my check on 8/24, it was processed 10/5, and I received the check 11/8.. I deposited it into my Chase account, and the check funds were available within one week. Lock is working on your payout requests.. It just takes time for USA players with the current state of online poker. Be patient.
