know of multiple ppl who have been trying to cashout for over a month with no response from anyone when they email sites a total joke will no longer be putting horses on this network until the cashouts are figured out

If not, then disregard. Otherwise US WU cashouts take inside of 2 weeks. Checks have been taking far more than a month, that's nothing new at all. Was the same at Merge. 4-6 weeks if you're lucky. Just a little review of this and other threads would have made this obvious.

ya, im a us player and lock has been pretty good for the WU, 2 weeks or less. Now WU is a no brainer since they raised the maximum to 2k, only 1k shy of the check which can lead to a lot more problems than just long waiting periods.

Does Lock usually send the checks via FedEx? I recall the last one I got was Fedex, they said my check should be here early this week in an email. (Been about 50-55 days, processed nearly 3 weeks ago) I call Fedex and they have nothing en route to my house or in the system that is supposed to come to my house.

The real beat here is that you're Canadian and still playing on lock. WTFBBQ...do you hate your money or something?

I requested a check on 7/26, still have heard nothing, it hasn't processed and now the withdrawal has disappeared from my account (and the 3k is still gone) - I sent Shane an email a week ago and still nothing.

Has anyone had something similar? There's no trace of the 3k and I know a month is average for the check to process, but it's been a a bit more now.

I requested a check in June and July. They both took about 5.5 weeks, but i've heard the time frame is 6-8 weeks currently. So I would just pm/email Shane and that's basically all you can do. I wouldn't worry I have made 3 transactions in the last 3 months and they have all went through fine.

Yeah, that's just what happens. If you go to the admin thing and look at transactions it should still show up. It probably just processed.

I requested on 7/9 and it was processed on 8/16. We're both in the same boat. 2 months for a check is ridiculous, especially if people need the money to pay bills, etc. My next cashout will definitely be through Western Union.

Sep 6th - Declined. Checks only for US customers. Okay, maybe my fault a little bit for not knowing, but why does it take so long just to tell me that and decline it? Very annoying...

I received a check from Lock on July 25 after waiting 45 days to finally get it in the mail via FedEx. When I posted the check to my bank account, it did not clear and my bank told me it was "unpresentable." At this point, the post office lost my certified check which was supposed to be returned to me, and I have been jumping through hoops to get someone from Lock to respond. I've called Liezl as well as PM'ed Shane, and am waiting for a resolution. I have been trying to get this resolved now for over a month and nothing. I've sent everything including statements from the bank that the check never cleared, a copy of the cancelled check, and the deposit slip of the check. Still no word at all! I'm hoping that Shane can help me get this resolved but whomever he handed my case over to has not even begun to help me go about getting this settled. What is going on here?

these recent posts are disgusting... i would say go to the transfer/trade thread but lock money is not being bought @ .80 which is ridiculous.....right now a us ftp account is almost the same as lock money....wtf is going on

$1500 check requested July 11. Approved August 16. Received check today via Fed Ex. About same time frame last time I requested cash out. Bottom line appears to be that while cashouts take way longer than they should (and customer support is a joke) eventually you get paid.

FINALLY!!! Requested on 7/9, Processed on 8/16, Received check in mail today 9/6. It was a tough 2 months but at least it finally made it.

I've heard that people are still waiting another 2 weeks or so for the check to clear with their banks because they are international checks. Hopefully this won't take too long.

I'm pretty horrified to learn that cashouts are still taking 6-8 weeks, and that checks are occasionally bouncing at the bank. It's so unacceptable. I just came into some $ on Lock again after buying some action from a buddy who took 2nd in the Sunday $109. Guess I've got nothing to look forward to but another 3-4 months of stress, rubber checks, being given the run-around or just straight ignored by support...

I really am failing to understand how support can justify simply ignoring my inquiries and repeated attempts to help me get a check reissued. Shane initially forwarded my request along and all I've done is be friendly and patient but now it just seems like I'm being spat on by support. Everything I write to Shane, Liezl, and support just gets completely ignored. I haven't disrespected anyone in all this and here I am getting completely disrespected. This isn't right. Almost three months now and no sign of getting anywhere. Come on, seriously?

Im sort of confused, if you need the money fast, why not just use the transfer thread.. what am I missing? Isn't that less risk than waiting at this point.

Did one last month it took 18 days from time requested to cash in my hand.

I cashed out and was approved back during July 11, 2012. Still no WU. I inquired on cancellation 3 days ago. Still no word. Pretty amazing at all this. Not holding my breath, probably wont receive **** either way. I'd like a reply shayne.
