I have an issue that I would like Rizen or some Lock Poker admin to help me with. I made a withdrawal about 3 weeks ago with WU for $350. A week later, it was declined. They claimed to have put it back into my account but I could have sworn that it wasn't in there. I checked my Cashier and it said that the money was put back at 6:30 AM on June 23. At 10 AM, $350 was withdrawn from my account and I had an accepted WU for $350 in my cashier. I emailed support and they said that the $350 was returned to my account, they said nothing of the accepted $350 WU withdrawal. I then checked my Player Admin and it said that $350 was put back in my account. I assumed that I had just made a mistake and that I overlooked the $350.

However, last week I made another withdrawal for $900. Once again, it was rejected a week later. This time, the money was DEFFINITELY not back in my account. Once again, I have a WU withdrawal in my Cashier that says success. However, I got no e-mail saying my withdrawal had been approved. Also, in my Player Admin it says that the $900 was put back. Seeing as my Account Balance is only $500 and I haven't played at all since my money was "put back", THIS IS CLEARLY WRONG. I now suspect that the original $350 withdrawal had the same issue. In any case, I would like my $1250 back IMMEDIATELY. I just e-mailed support but they only respond to one in every 5 emails and always with the same bull**** response. Rizen or some admin, can you please help me get my money back? This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and i am very disappointed. I have been playing on Lock for over a year now and I have never experienced something like this.

More than likely, your western unions are waiting for you at WU. Go back to make a withdrawal, and look at your past two transactions. You probably have a MTCN and can go pick up your money. A lot of the WU's that said "declined" actually went through and the money is probably waiting for you to pick it up.

Ya, I thought this was the case so I checked the first $350 withdrawal but it wasn't there. The $900 doesn't even have a control # so I don't think it's available either.

First time withdrawing, used western union. Requested today. 2 questions, how do I get the fee returned and how will I know when it is available/ how to receive it at western union? (name and control number) I know these have both probably been answered in this thread but its very long and I didnt read through it.

they will email you with pickup info and u will get fee refunded when u get the email with the pickup info. takes about a week nowadays

Canadian considering depositing onto Lock. How have your experiences been with depositing and cashing out? (This question is for Canadians). Also, I have a moneybookers account if that helps (although the currency is CAD, does that cause problems with deposit?)

Go figure another day waiting at the door for a check that should have shown up a week ago, of course there's no tracking numbers to give out that's because the checks probly haven't even been mailed out yet. But it's ok, its only my 3000 dollars, not yours, I can waste another day waiting at the front door for a check that should ahve been here already that I have to sign for. First time withdrawing from LOCK, probably the LAST

you don't have to wait at home unless you live in an apartment complex that your check is going to get robbed from if they leave it by your door

Brilliant! So your saying they can leave it by the door of my house, so it could have been swooped up by the strangers next door is now an option, great! ...My fault not choosing WU I guess, I hear the expediting is great, dumdum me, it's lovely to hear how that option would have got my money months ago according to the thread claims. Nah I wanted to withdraw max payout so i chose check by courier, silly me, I love wasting away at the front door everyday only to be dissapointed yet again, yes it's starting to get frustrating when I hear the norm is 2-3 weeks after processing..I'm in week 4. If I knew it takes you MONTHS to get your check by courier I wouldn't have elected for it! I just hope this raises awareness to others who seek check by courier, if you have time to waste for a check to arrive everday and can wait months, good option!! That's to say you do finally get the check, and it doesn't bounce, or they don't accept it, whatever it won't surprise me really...

unless you live in the ghetto, you're acting a bit paranoid. Also, do you have a door they can slide it under? I live in a house, but the bottom of the door has room for them to slid a check underneath

..they could slide it under. Regardless it's just getting irritating, I realize it's a cat and mouse game with processors and checks but if it'd be quicker to stop payment on this check and switch via WU for faster/reliable expediting, I'd do it. My mistake choosing check by courier, I get it, I don't have months to wait, like I said, first time withdrawing, learned my lesson.

I would think the users that request high payouts, especially first timers, would be a somewhat serious priority. It's a large sum of money were talking and it's the users first experience withdrawing, I would think they'd want it to be a pleasant one if they wish to retain their players...At least make US players aware check by courier takes months to expedite.

I have seen people say they are checking under the western union tab for the control number. Where is this western union tab? I don't have one but this is my first cashout, will I get one?

I've been waiting for a check for a few months now and NOBODY will respond to me. Posting here, PMing Shane/Rizen or emailing support hasn't worked for me.

I have no clue what is going on.

lol well ur an idiot. if u don't have time to wait, just pay a vig for ur 'large sum cashout' and have someone xfer to ur bank acct within hours.

^ this..lock wait times for checks look to beating merge by a month or so currently.looks like most merge skins are almost 1.5 to 2 months. same with bovada

I'm an idiot because it's my first withdraw and I wasn't aware it takes months to process? Hey sure paying a vig sounds great, please post something useful and explain how to stop payment process on a check that was processed a month ago..Thanks

Are you guys just having problems with checks and from the USA?
Ive requested a withdrawl to neteller, wondering if anyone has done this and approx how long it takes? Im not from the USA.

Just called the number that was on the email with the withdrawl request and it appear to be some random person not a hotline i asked if it was lock poker and obv said wrong number.
