I got a new cpu and this is what lock locks like on it, any ideas? I have deleted and re installed but its the same

my auto top up doesnt work. why is that?

Would really love to stop getting the error messages that randomly force me to close site, often in the middle of hands.

Hey I just started playing husngs on lock...At the start of every sng it theres a button that says "take my seat" if I don't click it in 5-10 seconds I start getting blinded out.

Plz tell me theres a way to 'auto sit in'?

Two Issues:

1.) Lock has no rematch???

2.) How did $100 go from my poker balance to the 'casino'? Did I hit some button??

I've played very little HU on Lock/Cake but not as I recall.

Did you initiate a withdrawal? Lock processes poker withdrawals through their casino cashier, so any withdrawal attempt immediately transfers that amount to casino. If you then abort the withdrawal you have to transfer the money back to poker yourself.

When I try to download Lock for my Mac it errors.

Anyone have success downloading to MAC?

I download the zip file but then when I try to run it, I get some errors.

Is the error you get a wine error?

I'm trying to make a deposit but when I get to the screen where I can click for a western union deposit or a credit card deposit, I click on both of them but it doesn't open up.

this has only happened once, but...it could kind of become an issue for me in the right spot. I multi table on Lock and, coming back from a rest room break 5 out of my 6 games were good....the 6th game though, the 'it's action on you timer" is beeping like crazy....but I could NOT see what my hole cards were..it glitched out or something...this could kind of become a big deal if i'm deep into a tournament....there was a raise in front of me, and I just folded because I had no clue what I had. (good news it was 9 5 offsuit). Just sharing.

kinda weird but when i started my session today there was a ticking sound like a clock. i played for almost 2 hours and the ticking sound kept going...when i quit lock the ticking sound stopped...i relaunched lock again and the ticking started going again...anybody else experienced this??? on a mac btw

Been having connnection issues for the last two days. both times after playing for a couple of hours the "connecting" window starts to flash in front of different tables one at a time and I get disconnected from hands. Any known issues with the connection today or yesterday? My internet is working fine for everything else.

I've only played a little bit on Lock under the name "roltcg." On April 27, 2012, I won a $530 ticket (you can verify that on officialpokerrankings.com). I intended on using that ticket on one of the weekly $530 MTT's on Sunday, but I noticed around May that the $530 ticket had mysteriously disappeared from my account (you can also verify on officialpokerrankings.com that I never redeemed my $530 ticket (I have not played in any $530 events)).

I have been attempting to get this issue resolved with support@lockcasino.com for months now, but they keep ignoring my emails. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions as to how I should go about getting the $530 ticket that is rightfully mine credited back my account, I would certainly appreciate it.

Anyone know what would cause point balance to go down? I didn't spend any or use any, yet when i reopened cashier there were some points missing (not alot, but was definately a decrease in points balance).

First they take my tournament tickets, now they taking my points. If there isn't a valid reason for this then players really need to do something about this site.

My hand history is not loading. I click last hand and nothing loads just white page.
