Has anyone ever received an "error code 212. An error has occurred during the log-in process. Please contact support for assistance." message when trying to log in? It says contact support for assistance and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Some serious lagging and freezing going on right now. I don't even want to bother investing in MTT today. So disappointed. Just played cash PLO and had to leave with money in the pot because it had been frozen for more then 5 minutes. Couldn't even rebuy to top off.

I have not been credited properly for the rakechase. I am not a rakeback grinder and gave you $70 in rake in 10 hours as soon as the new month started. SN is PrognosisNeg.

I was grinding all day on Nov. 30 and checking my admin for the refresh so saw when it restarted. Not even 10 hours later I reached $70 even in my admin and it still showed that those prizes weren't already all given out earlier today Dec. 2nd.

Just wanted to make sure that you realize that 70$ in rake takes you to level 3, and not level 6... So you should have received 12$ (if the prizes were still available). Some people are reading the chart with prizes incorrectly. If you did realize that, then sorry for bringing it up. Good luck..

When I logged in to Lock tonight, I was told I had 9 tournament tickets. I did two step 2's, 1 for the 100k and 1 for the 70k. I won both. I checked to see what tickets I had, and it showed me three tickets total. I logged off and on again, and was told I had 3 tournament tickets.

Has anyone else had this problem? Because I am suspicious that my tickets are being stolen somehow, by another player or the site.

And, in the admin reports, there doesn't seem to be any way to show that you won a step ticket. It shows that you spent money on the ticket, but no proof of a win.

Having a similar problem. Had 9 tickets when I logged in today, played two step 2's and won both, then logged out and on again: 4 tickets. WTF?

I canceled my rakeback a month ago so I should be lined up with the regular amounts, unless i'm missing something else. I've confirmed twice with live support that I am not considered on rakeback, and I would love confirmation and a record of the payments please. I have given you $250 in rake this month so far, and about 90%+ of that exclusively on Double Agent tables.

I understand the payments might be slower than every hour that it claims, maybe even a day or two, but I would be mighty steamed if I was stalled and got a "Sorry all the prizes were given out already" answer. Thanks.

Cashed in a tournament yesterday but I don't know if the money was every deposited in my account. I was playing cash at the same time so I might of lost track is there an easy way to check to see if the money was deposited in my account?

I recently set up a Lock account, but they said I can't get the 36% rake back because I had a registered Juicy account with rake back.

I have never played a hand or deposited on the Juicy account, I have also got the rake back removed. Can you get it added for me? Lock SN(Ceridwen).

Few questions for whoever can help. I used Lock as a way to deposit and donk around until I busted my roll, but I've recently started grinding 2/4 PLO 6m. I don't think I signed up for any affiliates or rakeback programs when I created my account. Can someone please explain to me how this works and what I can do from this point forward seeing as I already have an account?

Uninstall Lock and clear all your cookies, then go to a rakeback site. Install with them and follow directions they give, you can still get it connected to your account. Never cancel it for VIP unless you're black elite cause they run fraudulent rakechases.

Speaking of that, I've given them $370 in rake this month and still have not been awarded the prize for $100 in rake and fees, and they are still available.

Is there a way to fold, check and bet with the keyboard? I don't seem to see these options anywhere.

Just to clear the rakechase up, each level needs to be obtained "separately" to win that level's prize.

In other words, to reach level 2 ($25 in rake), you need to first clear level 1 ($10 in rake), and then play another $25 in rake to reach level 2. So to reach level 2, you would need to clear $35 ($10 + $25).

For level 9 ($100 in rake), you will need to have cleared ($10 + $25 + $35 + $50 + $60 + $70 +$80 + $90 + $100) for a total of $520.

This is what I was told when I spoke to customer support. Hope this helps.
