MAC VERSION BUG:

Relates to the LAST HAND window - if you click LAST HAND when there is already a last hand window open, you will FREEZE and requires a force quit.

There are no SNGs in the lobby. I have toggled all filters but nothing is visible. FWIW all Ring and Tournaments are visible just not SNGs.

Can't connect to server, get a time out message before the log in prompt comes up.

Same issue here. Under the network tab it showed the servers down.

Remove the program then try reinstalling it.

What operating system are you using?

I play MTTs on Lock and Merge simultaneously and often after a couple hours of play, Lock starts lagging and eventually disconnects whereas Merge goes on unaffected. I have to reset the router several times or connect my backup internet to solve the problem. There is no problem with any other internet connected application.

Description under Step 3 $110k Satellite SNG incorrectly says that 1st AND 2nd place awards Step 4 entries. It should say 1st place receives a Step 4 entry, with 2nd and 3rd receiving Step 3 entries.

Tickets for the new $110k Satellite SNGs aren't working. I placed 3rd in a Step 1 tourney and received a Step 1 ticket. When I go to register for Step 1, the only option available is cash. I have also tried going through Lobby>My Tournaments>Tournament Tickets but again it only gives cash as a registration option.

Edit: As an experiment, I moved my poker balance to the casino to see if it would recognize tickets when there isn't cash available. It doesn't recognize the tickets and simply says I have insufficient funds.

Is there a problem with locks money processessor? I am trying to deposit and I get a message that says try moneygram or WU. I have used the same method before....

Edit: Never Mind. Tried not using the Bonus code and it worked.

The last few days lock will not let me send or receive transfers, they keep getting declined. I have done tons of transfers in the past with no problems.

Support isnt responding to my emails as usual.

so when you don't have auto post blinds checked and a table pops up asking you to post or sit out, after you click sit out, the next table that you have action on won't pop up, you have to go find it, pretty annoying
