Yeah, they deployed a fix. Apparently there was an error in the script where it was subtracting some people's July bonus from their August bonus. I'm not sure why it was doing that, but it was fixed and should work properly in future months now. Please let me know if anyone else has an incorrect amount.

Answered in the other thread too, but for consistency and since it probably makes more sense here, depending on if you are a Black of Black Elite VIP you get 10% or 20% respectively of your monthly rake back in casino bonuses.

Is the casino bonus directly put into the casino side of your account or the vault the first of the month? I've tried to look for it, but haven't found anything. Sent an email this morning asking about it and have received nothing back yet.

It goes directly into your casino account and shouldn't require a playthrough, aka you should be able to directly withdraw it to your poker account

This is wrong. And Rizen has specifically said so in this thread.

A playthrough is required of 40x. You are not allowed to withdraw it to your poker account. You are only allowed to cash it out.

If when you attempt to withdraw the funds it says it is withdrawable then you are allowed to do so even if you haven't reached the 40x playthrough.

But Rizen has specifically said that you are not allowed to transfer it over to the poker side and that players should not do that.


fat-bear - You do not have to put your own money in the casino. But there is supposedly a 40x playthrough. You can only cash it out or leave it in there. You are not supposed to move it over to the poker side.

Yes, you can take the winnings and move it to your poker account. Your original bonus though you are not allowed to move over.
