He hasn't had a cash since June 5th 2011, probably doesn't play anymore, or MTTs at least. Or maybe he does and karma got the best of him and he can't cash.

in case anyone wasn't aware this guy is a total scam artist. i wasn't made aware of his actions until after this thread had come into existence and the series started, but he had asked me for a reference in this thread and i didn't respond because i had met him all of 2 times in over 5 years. he disappeared for a long time, then suddenly reemerged when i made a final table of a 1k event at caesar's a couple years ago. he was all friendly didn't ask for money but implied he was hurting badly.

that was 2 years ago or so i think, and then he asked me just b4 this series started to vouch for him. i didn't, and now i wish i had come in here to make people more aware of his situation, but it never occurred to me at the time.

also i don't think he's "big" he's just a kinda thuggish looking black guy, kinda skinny to be honest. i got his # still too so if anyone wants it hit me up. i'm gonna txt him and tell him what i think of him trying to use me for a refernece to scam people.

Doesn't reply to us Sketchy! anyways, I reported it (ICE) as stated above but I expect this to be a write off. All this does is deter me from investing in potentially profitable opportunities in people I do not know.

Only a few more months til I may get the chance to chastise him -- sad situation all in all but that's what you get dealing with degens.

Was playing craps at IP when I was in town on Wednesday and I'm 99% I played at his table. Then saw the same guy again Thursday night at the Venetian poker room. Didn't say anything, but just wanted people here to know.
