Were our funds used to fund the funeral? What is going on here? I'm all about goodwill, but please get back to us since your not making it any easier on yourself.

If he doesn't return the money, it's considered interstate fraud, correct?

Not cool man.

I understand you and the investors are upset and pissed about what happened here as I would be too, but making that comment serves no measure and certainly doesn't speed up the process of funds being returned. A simple bump or hey any update would suffice, asking if the funds from this package were used to bury his mother is just out of line.

He doesn't respond to multiple pms after requesting and receiving bank info. This is past the point of convenience and I'm starting to become a non-believer.

Darren had indicated via PM early last week that I should have the money in my PayPal account shortly. I also have not received the money and it doesn't look like he has logged in since. Darren, please let us know the status of the refunds as soon as possible.

I've heard rumors of this guy being huge scum and also stealing from backers. He must have done something shady because if you look at his Stars OPR you can see he crushed for a few years but hasn't played 1 tournament since 2008, obv account closed/locked for some sort of fraud/cheating.

I highly suggest u try n make good internet fraud
is a federal offense and if ur charged by the feds you have
To do 85% of your time mandatory + a tail

Everyone involved should file a report below

I am very good friends with Ronnie Bardah (used as ref by OP). I just read this for first time and sent him a message via twitter with link to this thread.

Ronnie is in Israel for like 2 months, so only way to contact him. May also be no real help, but worth inquiring I thought.....Ronnie will tell me if he knows anything about this guy.

Why is he not banned? Joe (tacosontilt) paid everyone back after his scam, and he's still banned along with many other scammers who have paid back yet still banned (rightfully so). Think we can chauk this one up as money lost unfortunately, and ban Darren Nelson the scammer.
