So what is the plan?

Might be heading to the Grand Sierra in Reno to play their series, it's a bunch of ridiculously soft $235s and $340s including an $100k, trying to see if it's viable to do so. Until then just doing $120 venetians and stuff like I'm in now.

I apologize to everyone who bought a piece of my package for how crappy of a horse I've been with skipping too many tourneys and being bad at communicating with updates. I don't want to make excuses for my results or attitude towards the package, you guys deserved better. I'll be posting final numbers on Monday and paying out, if everyone could PM me with their payment info on the easiest way to get them the funds that would be great.

Well I wanted this to be resolved in a better way but I guess it's going to go like this. Basically it boils down to during the package I was either pickpocketed for or otherwise dropped $4500 in cash I had on me to buy into the WSOP events. This could have been solved if I just sold my car at that point to replace the funds but then i'd have to have ended the package and said gg to the summer, so instead I ******edly borrowed money from friends/contacts and tried to gamble/smash cash games with absolutely 0 bankroll management which predictably failed. I also used their funds to buy into package tourneys hoping I'd just bink something and it'd all be okay. I then got a live stake for wsop sattys and cash and obviously massively downswing because I was desperate and plus that's how kharma works I guess as punishment for not just coming clean and dealing with it. In the end I had to sell my car just to pay back people I borrowed money from to try to pay back the package plus my expenses and paying interpleaders 25% share since he was still backing me live and my only chance to make the money back. I also had BTPK paid back online although havent gotten confirmation from him on recieving this. Kingdino mikeofreak and acdawg are all basically paid back so that leaves around $3000 of outstanding money. I've contacted my mom about the situation and so hopefully she can help, if not I guess I'll just sell everything I can and try to get a job to pay back while I go to school in California in the near future. My goal was to try have nobody be negatively affected by stupidity on my part but here we are. Sorry this is all so poorly written, I'm on my phone and kind of spazzing about the whole situation.

As I assume this will throw everything I've said into question I'm going to go get a tourney audit from Venetian and rio, I assume I don't need one from golden nugget since I cashed the only tourney I played there and the results can just be searched online. I also have tourney receipts for everything if people want me to post pics of those.

so, you were basically lying to me every time we were in contact when you said you were gonna depo my money directly into my bank account.

All the above figures for money owed are correct besides the people who have been paid. The plan was to pay people back when I sold my car on 8/5 but after paying rent, paying the 25% share, paying back my roomies I had borrowed money from and paying off some of the smaller shares I was back at. I am still owed $200 for the car which I have collateral for and will be paid soon and I'm trying to work out a deal with my backer where I keep playing live and get to keep some money with the bulk of it going to makeup. I owe you $187.

I basically invested in just guys i thought had 0% chance of scamming (well, not 0, but yeah). I obv did it to make money, but did it as well to have investments in some guys i recognized on 2p2.


its also pretty laughable you say you were pick-pocketed or "dropped" 4500. maybe if you were more careful with the money this wouldnt have happened. keeping the money safe shoulda been priority #1.

So what was the point of telling me multiple times you'd meet me at a casino that night to pay me? More annoyed at being lied to than you losing/degenning the stake.

As I said in MTTc I had cash and was legit trying to pay you that night or 2. Ended up giving it to my roomie I had borrowed money from who I could have put off but it's tough when you have cash in hand. Idk how you can think I was lying, I told you I'd be at Venetian those nights and you never came over, instead playing at aria.

I had it in a roll with a rubber band on it like many poker players. I think having dropped it is much more likely than pickpocketed since no one knew I had the cash on me. It doesn't seem like you care about a solution as much as making me feel worse than I already do.

why were you carrying around 4500 when the biggest mtts you were playing were 1ks?

I didn't travel to the bank for each tourney, my ATM limit is $300, etc. I took out money for the week mostly and never put my portion of the package in the bank. I actually had a bit more on me but it was in my wallet.

On a side note I guess everyone is spazzing at Jared and blaming him somehow which is bull****. Even the people who lent me some money were I the dark on the situation (of which Jared wasn't one). I freaked out on skype one night to a 2+2er not even remotely involved and who doesnt even play poker when I needed to vent, that's the only person who knew anything besides what I said on twitter and here.

I will update amounts owed and all relevant information tomorrow when I am at a computer.

I'm Rob's backer as well as apparently the only person to get paid. A few points:

1. I can't honestly sit here and say I believe Rob was pick pocketed. I personally saw him playing craps multiple times and have heard even more stories about him gambling while he was in Vegas. He claims this was his own money, but he also needed a stake for 1/2.

The times craps was playing was before and after he was pick pocketed. One, as I told him, it's a red flag. Two, I just don't believe any smart person says "I was just pick pocketed. Instead of calling my insurance company or the police or telling anyone, I'll play craps."

2. It infuriates me that when he paid me back he failed to mention that he paid nobody else back. It's obviously unfair that I get money back and nobody else does. When I asked him about this today, he said "I just haven't been able to get a ride to the bank to send checks and it's just two people I owe money."

3. He's been losing money on his 1/2 stake for months now and I question where that has gone. He has either had really really bad luck playing live cash in vegas or something fishy. He's pretty good at poker. Seems odd. He's in multiple thousands of dollars in makeup at really low stakes.

4. On the 1% chance that after lying to me all summer (and you guys), this unfathomable story is true, I apologize.

5. His car was a nice BMW. I don't understand how it didn't cover the $4,500 lost.

6. Most important to everyone here, I got 100% owed and that's not fair. We have two options. First, people can wait for their money (although I doubt you see it anytime soon) or second, I can pay people back from my share of winnings at a fair percentage. Someone smarter than me will need to figure that out, but I'm happy to send checks to the people who need money.

Now thinking back to the beginning of the summer I realize when I paid Rob for this pkg before the series started, I met him up at the Rio blkjack tables where he was playing, didnt think too much of it just figured he had some of his own money obv and was just gambling it up a bit being in vegas and whatnot, but sounds like that wasnt the only pit gambling going on, sighhh really shady move here on what I thought was one of the safer investments in the MP..

so did you get pickpocketed or did you degen the money in the pit? When you told me that you won a satty for 5k was that real or made up, BLIZZUFF was there when you were telling me and my buddy (another 2p2 reg) about it. Seems relevant now that Jared says you were 7k in makeup playing 1/2 live.
