Yeah, I founded the Sandvipers back in december of 2005, my number on the team is 23 so thats where my poker name came from.

I play for the Chicago Seminoles, we took 2nd out there last yr in 25 and over. Ill be out there again next month. Maybe Ill stop by the home game, I am coming a week early and staying at Rio(FREE ROOMS). What division do you guys play in? If you need a solid SS let me know, maybe I can play with you guys if your in another division.

I actually took the number because of Dave Justice back in the day, he might not of been a hall of famer, but he's always been my favorite player.

Looks like all of the rooms are locked up for atleast 5-6 months. We have 2 canadians here that can only live here for 6 months i think...

i was interested until i realized you smoked pot, and that the place would be filled possibly w/ the same, and "possibly or not possibly" other drugs used recreational or not.

no thx. sucks really, cause there seems to be no place for straight laced and grown ups like my 24 year old self.

I'm interested as well, sandviper, had posted in the thread way back. Though, I cannot make it out for an april 1 move (have to finish up a temp job, so I am moving out 1st week of May) is there any chance another room becomes available at that point? Would definitely be interested, as tons of shadyness on craigslist and with the foreclosures and all, rather live with fellow young poker players than creeps etc...

Ditto to the above posters post as well, if any 2+2'ers have rooms for rent and/or want to look into going in together on a roomate situation, decent condo or baller house if more people, PM me and we can discuss it.

Okay, its official, one of the larger rooms is open and available for rent. You can move in between now and may 1st.

$650, lots of build in cabinet space, downstairs, very large room. There is an option to have it fully furnished, bed, dresser, night stand, mirror, etc for $700 a month.
