We have another Canadian here, however he is limited on how long he can stay in the usa because he spent so much time here last summer, got alot of hassel at the border last month when he drove down.

I was wondering what games and stakes people played because if someone is a mid-high stakes player and another roommate plays the same game and they are on the same IP address they won't be able to play the same great games, this is an issue I was exploring when first considering the move after college.

Yes you can however I am pretty sure poker sites are sophisticated enough to tell if people are playing at the same address. Doing this risks losing hundreds of thousands for some players and their futures so it is definitely an issue.

we have multiple internets. do you play on stars? what stakes are you playing?
There are two of us that play the same limit on stars, however stars software will not allow anyone from the same ip to sit at the tables. so its never a problem.
No one here really plays on FTP, and there are some smaller sites like Cake Poker and ones that offer proping that are played on, that could be a problem?

8/16-100/200 LHE on tilt and up to 50 on stars, you emailed them and they are fine that you are at same place at same table as long as internet connection is different?

I only know about stars, as their software doesn't allow you to be on the same tables if you are on the same IP. I don't have an account on fulltilt anymore, so I wouldn't be able to email them, not sure how that would work, but then again, you'd be the only one really playing on fulltilt.

You can play on the same ip if its a big tournament. 1 table sng's or cashgames arent allowed.

Here's an idea, if you're so crazy on moving into this place *and honestly, looks like a HELLOVA deal* then why not just smoke pot away from the house... so you don't get caught and no one can tell... they can't be mad with what they don't see. Or is that too deep of thinking for the stoner crew?

that's not reasonable to do that every time you want to take a hit. and it's generally fairly obvious when someone is high. and i don't think stoner crews are who you want to be challenging for deep thought... give one a blunt, a lighter, and a lawn chair under the stars and see how long your brain can keep up.

anyway i don't see why that is unreasonable to ask if weed is allowed. if you're looking for a house and you have a dog, are you gonna move into somewhere where pets aren't allowed? if you like to drink a beer from time to time, are you going to move into a sober house? if you like the internet, aren't you going to make sure that you can receive access? it's where you LIVE, it's supposed to be COMFORTABLE, and many people enjoy the comfort of pot. it's not unreasonable to want to make sure you won't be a prisoner in your own house.

Do you consider Weed to be a drug? Cause I don't. I'm somewhat interested, but this would be a deciding factor. I don't mind going outside to smoke(I do it at my house now), but I don't wanna have to hide it either... its just pot... I actually enjoy sitting on the porch smoking a doob. Thats all.

Also mr. lock it has nothing to do with being a "Pot Head" just as much as every time you take a drink I don't call you an alcoholic. Broad generalization is ****ing stupid.
