Alright. I think CO opening range of ~25% consists of alot of BBBx/BBxx type of hands along with BU 3betting range of ~9% which is good big pairs, good rundowns and a majority of the aces. I think our hands plays fine vs. those type of hands that we will often see so I decided to coldcall the 3bet, with a potential 4bet from CO not all that bad tbh. Most often he will also just call.

Once he 4bets, CO almost always got AAxx here. Im a bit deeper with him and if we get AI, we will be playing for a 800 sidepot besides the 1500 main pot. I think my range of equties in these pots will be around 38-48% sidepot/28-42% main pot.

Not the most +ev spot but if they see me pushing these hands preflop, alot of people will misinterpret that information and start 4bet/calling KKxx, AKQx and random **** like that vs. me.

Good run last third of the month. I really appreciate it after recent months of losing and breaking even. Hopefully I can keep that momentum for august. First Im taking friday-saturday off and get started on the month on sunday. Will probably have some time to maybe think how I will approach august. Setting some goals or similar stuff like I did with the 5kbb challenge.

The video sucked. And all the previous recordings too. I start rambling and shuffling too much so I decided to not post anything for now. Hopefully I can do one in the first days of august instead if theres any interest in it.

Next few days will be the first in a long time that I dont play any online at all. We will see how that affects me. Will probably hit the casinos in Stockholm on saturday so if anyone is there, let me know .

Got home earlier today (sunday) and being away four days along with all the pain of touristing (walking for 10 hours/day) made me really tired. But after working out I felt not that sour anymore and I did put in 1.5h session just to ease into things again.

Ill post some goals along with a video tomorrow and we will go from there. I have a really good feeling about august.

Thanks. Your not missing out, its on svenskaspel without zoom.

So five days into august, the first two being days off.

Running below average when I was closing into -1500bb but managed to turn it around without too much pain. My game feels very sharp and I hope the month will be great for me.

*Tried uploading a recording from today but the quality went really bad for some reason after uploading it on youtube. Its on my channel for now but its not really worth watching with all that blurr. I will do another one tomorrow, toooo tired to keep at it right now.

My computer is on the verge of breaking down so uploading a new video today isnt probably happening. Ill link the one I made yesterday. Its visible with full screen and still blurry but its something for now. You can relax to my soft voice instead .

My degenerate friend slowboy_01 (piss reg at stars) is kind enough to help me get my computer up to date. So going away in a bit.

Got my computer back earlier today thanks to slowboy. So most of the time has been installing and getting things working again. Only played 2h and ran meh and also played so-so. Probably shouldnt play proper stakes/5 tables until I got my hud working and everything set. Most certainly took some attention away from the action.

Month is starting out good. Was peaking at $2k up but now Im hoovering around $1400 which is certainly still fine. If I can manage to keep a decent winrate for the coming weeks, I can probably start including higher stakes again.

My motivation is high and things are working out well right now. If I can keep the momentum and dont neglect the simpliest routines, Im on the right path.

On another note, I really need to pick up learning spanish more frequently then rather randomly reading some of it.

Too persistent to give up . Playing the same stakes I did 1 year ago basically, 50/75/150/225 on svenskaspel and hopefully 200 on PS soon. I wish I would have progressed way more then I have been but I still appreciate the experience Ive gained and what Ive learned. Just working towards that breaktrough.

Thanks for the support I hope/think so too and right now Im just enjoying the ride.

I do coach but very seldom. With the lack of big results this year so far and mostly focusing on myself, its been max once a month lately. I hope I can get a bigger thing going like coaching groups and courses once Im ready for it, I have that goal at a certain point.

August is turning our pretty well. Up around $3.7k with the graph below lacking the first hands.

Not huge volume but the excuse is that my gf is on vacation that ends on monday so spent alot of time with her. So the second part of august will probably be much more grind and fun.

Working towards volume goal for this week. First week when gf is back at work so that leaves me much more time then recent four.
                • Play 40 hours

Doesnt seem as much but at svenskaspel its a good amount with the few tables running and having to play 4-5 stakes. Sometimes the value is crap aswell with 3 **** regs and one decent so its slow paced.

Besides playing, I got the normal routine of going trough previous session prior to the next one, along with 1 video/day. Hopefully emerging myself into pokerjuice starting today aswell. Havent felt the need for it yet but I will give it a try for a week and see how it works out for me.

So far in august, Im up around 3k$. Dropped a little bit and gained some so I consider it decent. The major part of the profit comes from the smaller stakes I play so once I catch some heat on 150/225 it will go fast I believe.

Monday was 5/40 hours. Looking to be at ~13 by the end of tuesday.

Couple of hands from this week.

Doing super bad with my volume goal. 13/40h and I got plans for friday/saturday night. Need to get the hours in tomorrow (thursday) and I might be able to close in on it.

Ultimately, the next week will have to be full focus. Salary incoming and hopefully the value with it.

Breaking even last ~6 days. And Im not playing my best either. Annoying as I quit sessions early due to lack of concentration and performance. Got to change for tomorrow. Will probably attempt 4x1.5h sessions as minimum and see how I feel past that. Need to put in at least one more after that if I can.

Way off my weekly target of 40h. At most 18h played. Just too many things putting me out my rhytm and not being motivated enough to put in the hours. Got to fix it for next week. Posting some goals for next week tomorrow morning and will do daily updates. Have to start working harder.

I really hope I can manage 30 hours for this week. Very reachable and it might give me momentum back again to grind even more. Been slacking way too much with sitting down at the tables. Gotten a little comfy since I was up a decent amount early on and with the constant interupptions outside poker.

                      Todays adventures.

2kbb, wasnt even hard lol. I have no idea how I wont this amount but cant complain. Only 3,5 hours played but that was anticipated. Had game today and I think tuesday-thursday will be all poker with the rest being somewhat mixed with pleasure.

5 hours played and at least 30 minutes study. My brain was somewhat overheated after the grindaments so I had to cut the post-session reviews today and only spent 30 minutes infront of a video and taking notes. My cold is getting worse and I might get a fever soon, which would suck. Got a busy week.

Today was slow paced. Didnt get much action and ran bad in the bigger pots. 5h played at least, 13.5/30 for the week. Tomorrow might put me in a good spot to make it happen if I get ~8h played.

Only got 4,5 hours in so that sucks. Was hoping thursday would bring more but a friend invaded my place and I had to be social. Managed the rest though besides playing so its not a total failure today.

The result sucked aswell. Ran bad in bigger key pots and also didnt play very well overall.

Week stands on 18/30h total. Reaching my goal wont be too hard but I would like to surpass it by some margins. Ive kept a daily schedule but I slack too much with it, so I will start posting it here aswell starting tomorrow. Might give me some responsibility to work harder. Too much leisure/procrastinating/fotball/social taking time from poker.

The rest of the day is somewhat unsure. I probably will visit the food festival which is in town 29-30 august. Just a bunch of food stands with different types of food and also a couple of circusrides along with a very cozy surroundings. Dont know when I will go there but I will plan for three hours at least. I will still have the same things to do but in different order maybe.

                                Food Festival 15-18

So 8 hours of poker, 5,5 of those playing. Grind is also warmup and cooldown included, along with some other stuff. I do feel posting this here might make me more accountable and not slack with things as Ive done lately. Summarization of the day will also be included when I post next days schedule.

I enjoy videos the most and hearing people verbalize their logic but hands/strat is fun too. I'm generally a firm believer in poker blogs being about poker, but if you have some fun stories from life in general then by all means

Friday was good. Went out a little later to the food festival and the 2-3 hours turned into 5 hours and one too many beer. At least I managed to run good and bink some chocolate.

So my schedule was screwed, getting home too drunk and only did warmup + 30 min playing before realizing that.

Only 3,5h today, putting me at 21,5/30h for the week. Got two more days and Im afraid that saturday will be really slow, 0-3h volume at most. Got fotball game and towards the night I might have to socialize. So no schedule for tomorrow, might consider saturday as a day off. Sunday will be back to work and hopefully get those 30h done.

Still got a cold. It got a little bit worse by playing fotball game yesterday + going out later that night. So probably a bit more leisure today along with gf. The weekly goal of 30h is out of reach unfortunately.

Will do a august recap after todays work.
