Many of us here told him not to buy on margin.

He could have been a millionaire many times over and living the #retiredlife.

Exactly what I was thinking. But when you have your money parked in random things just holding and hoping I guess you can't be surprised. He did say he has no strategy.

Really not trying to rub anything in. I respect your grind. But to put things into perspective I made your 50k goal just in the month of August in the market. Absolutely not sustainable and I get that..

Navy, that isn’t a fair comparison since I assume you started the month with more than 30k like bs did.

Your assumption is correct. However, the point is that he lost money in a tremendous market month. Might be a good time to re-evaluate strategies.

In before “when you swing for the fences sometimes you strike out”.

LOL at thinking BS will re-evaluate a strategy he already committed to.

Well to be fair that strategy was having no strategy.

But yeah if you're losing money in one of the greatest bull runs in history idk maybe try to change. I like how he called it a bear market though when everything is basically at ATH.

BS did you invest heavily in newspapers or something? Betting on print media to make a comeback? Invest in VR or electric cars or some other kind of future technology. Go back in time to when Netflix was just DVDs by mail but they were called NETFLIX for a reason. Invest in that 15 years ago.

Only because by biggest holdings didn’t do great last month.
Overall tho, those holdings have doubled already for me. They are actually the most well performed stocks I own. Sorry they had a bad month.

Thinking bout selling one of my vehicles to catch up on this goal. I don’t think I need 2. I was using my beater Truck Dakota for work and Rover for family.
My thinking is I can just use the Rover for everything and sell truck for 3k.
That wd get me close to #50kl2020 pace. I wd then throw all that money in RH.
Now down the home stretch w this challenge, we gotta start making moves. #moneymoves

Yeah we gonna sell the truck. It’s actually a Ranger not a Dakato lol. Use to hv Dakota and had a brain fart earlier. Blame it on the kush.

Listed for $3100, but wd take $2750.
Drove for rideshare 3 days this week.
Next 2 weeks will be full of #OSC projects.

Need market to shoot me up to have a legitimate shot at this goal. We’re already trying to make moves to give it our best effort.

Had a person come by and look and the truck. They said, “based on AC not working, we gonna pass.”

Now my Air Conditioning in my Ranger is like dropping acid. In the sense of, not knowing when it’s gonna kick in.
