It's directly against my interest with my position in D7sArmy, but I would happily argue that $100 an hour is a very fair rate for his time.

Ironic that a large proportion of the people calling him out ITT have spent a 5+ years accumulating posts on a poker forum without becoming winners at 25nl.

No George. Just no.

Before brokenstars coaching I had a 1.5k roll, was playing at 50z, after it roll went to 6.8k playing 200z atm. Just ask anyone at that stake, they wont say Im bad(some guys wont say Im good, but Im pretty sure they wont say Im a bad reg).

$100/h for coaching from brokenstars has way more value than paying $300-400/h from a 500z legend like ishter, 4h with broken will help anyones game way more than these high end guys(unless youre already one of the best, like valentjnn, clanty, seta-beni, shifty). For anyone who is decent but not the top, its probably the best coaching in the market atm. He always comes with good material to study after the coaching/homework/insights.

Mzbourg is really jealous because he is just another bumhunter who fell behind the curve and is pissed off because a lot of people are getting better than he is and playing higher.

You’ll have a 1.5k roll again very soon. Also having asked some 200z regs they actually think you’re a whale.

I backed it up by explaining myself. Why is who I am relevant? Havent played on Stars in 4 years but I am doing just slightly better than breaking even at 25.

2p2 should be glad I am here to protect the wallets of the stupid. My opinion hasnt changed a bit, especially not now that George vouched for BS lol.

so you think you know what plays are good and which aren't even though you are not really a winning player at NL25 on softer sites than stars?

am I missing something here?

Brokenstars is very knowledgable and totally understands what it takes to make it in the game of poker... I have had a few sessions with brokenstars and my mental game, my understanding of many different concepts and my overall confidence as a player has improved dramatically. He sets the price for what he can charge and price is based on supply and demand. He is totally worth more than what he charges for the knowledge and years of experience he has. He has studied so much and glad to see it is paying off for him.

Too bad your superior intellect doesn’t understand sarcasm.

At least try to base your arguments on facts like I do. Calling me some b/e 25nl reg isnt only wildly inaccurate it also shows how simple your brain is.

I bet a momma joke is coming next? Or is your dad stronger than mine?

Not at all surprising you needed coaching to win on pokermaster.

If I would guess it would be krzhpr(that reg from chile), maybe papagun or timeones.

But the weirdest thing imo is a reg saying the other reg is a whale, it shows how big egos people have and how much they lack understanding of how this game works. People think they have such a big edge over other regs that it would be enough for them to be +ev vs them in such a high rake game. While in fact, after rake, without fish in the pool, most regs would be losing.

The truth is that the difference in skill between regs at 200z is insanely small for someone to call another reg a whale. Its such a lack of respect for other people's games to say that. Specially since almost all regs at 200z are doing their best to improve at the game and are on average tough opponents with a decent understanding of the game.

Couldn't disagree with this more, there's substantial skill edge between top regs and weak regs especially at 200. Obviously edges shrink as you move up, but reg on reg edges being non existent is one of the biggest false narratives in poker.

As far as the Brokenstars hate, it's kinda ridiculous. I've talked/known Broken since we were playing 50NL and he's definitely worth that money as a coach. $100 is a small price to pay if you're in lower stakes with someone who can give you a solid strategy foundation and whose strength as a player is exploiting fish/weak regs.

idno what's funnier, brokenstars asking people to come into this thread and say he's a good coach or people thinking $100/hr is a lot of money for coaching

The difference between the top of the zoom pool and you is at least 8bb/100?

Enough said.
