well if you teamed up with Shark2u to get it made, then he/you screwed me. Gunna be fun to play you guys on Stars. I actually dont even mind the script because it makes high stakes games fill with players who could never grind that limit day in and day out.

If you didn't then oh well, but he told me you guys were working together on it so I can only assume that he/you screwed me.

Stars are happy with seating scripts and they are within the TOS so why would they take any steps to make them not work? From Stars perspective it would a bit like me sending them HEM and my product key for it and asking them notable it not work.

And even if they did my script not, I guess, there are a dozen of different scripts out there so that would only mean I cannot use a script but everyone else could. Not sure what that would achieve except that I won't be getting any more seats myself while others still continue to use scripts and get the seats.

I don't think they are happy with them. I think they just think it's too costly/difficult to enforce a ban, so they live with it.

I have no idea what you are talking about still. I never in my life spoke with you about purchasing a script. I did purchase my script a couple a weeks ago (and tested it before that for a bit) because I was pissed off with not getting any seats and shark2u got a completely different one way before that. I don't know where shark2u got his from and what you discussed with him.

I did speak to him about getting a script a few months ago but then very shortly after he said he got one himself and that he does not want to work together anymore (that was after paying him a bit of money for a programmer that got nowhere). That was ages ago though.

Like I said before I had no idea you wanted one or that you were talking to shark2u as well. In fact I have no clue who you are, don't know your screen name on Stars and never spoke to you on Skype, let alone speak about getting a script.

That is just complete BS that you and others are allowed to use seating scripts. So wrong in so many ways.

And about youre reasoning...its pretty nobrainer opportunity cost for playing many tables that one cant lobby-scan effectively compared to those who sacrifice their hourly playing less tables and trying to keep eye on lobby to have a change
to get a good seat.

But no, you think you are entitled to play as many tables as you can while youre script offers you best tables with best possible seat.

He is entitled just like you or I are entitled to go hire someone to code a script for us.

Until stars block the script then you can't make an argument for him not using one imo.

If you want to end scripts, why don't you let people know where to get one. Once they proliferate, stars will be forced to act. You've already enjoyed the benefit; surely you have recouped your cost by now.

If Scripts aren't against TOS and some people are using them it is ludicrous to have a go at OP for it, whether he is for or against them is irrelevant at the moment, and why should he tell other people where to go for them? There is no reason why he shouldn't act in his own best interests provided he isn't cheating, that is a fundamental of poker.

I don't know anyone selling any scripts at the moment and this is the last I am going to say on this topic. There are enough other threads on 2+2 where this can be debated.

Because my girl-friend was trying to learn poker and I was helping her. She then went on to tell how horrible it is to play NL2 as no one folds so I played for a bit to show her how to still beat it

2.) How do you compare money to be made in cash games vs those Heads Up Hyper Turbo Guys playing $1000 buy ins and Turbo $5000 Buy ins? More money to be made in cash (Maybe at the $50/100 level) ?

3.) Those $50/$100s run often enough?

1. Don't know my hourly at nl1k precisely as I have been mixing stakes, but we can approximate it. So I have been ~8bb/100 this year at 1k and you get ~60 hands/hour at a 6max table (someone pls correct me if I am wrong as really not sure), so my hourly per table is ~$48. I play up to 9 tables, but let's say on average 7 tables, so somewhere in the region of $350/hour.

2. I have no idea what someone playing turbos or hypers earns (again if someone has any knowledge in that respect, then feel free to chip in) but would be suprised if they made as much as a solid player playing $5/10 cash, let alone $50/100.

3. $50/100 hardly ever runs. I mean you can always play kanu or the likes HU if you fancy, but you hardly get a full table running with a fish, maybe a couple of hundred hands a day at best.
