Hardly. Used to start a ****load of tables but gave up on that as it just takes forever. But obv since deep doesn't run as much it's not my main game, I do how ever try to play it a lot. It seems to be very juicy.
Im in London and its starting to fkn rain everyday again.

Villain was a fish i had been 3betting probably twice per orbit as i was running well and he was min raising like 60% of hands haha. No theories here, TPTK 3bet pot!, i probably snap off 200bb on turn if he was deeper.

Yeah lots to think about in 3b pots, for me its mainly dynamics and game flow.
Today i played about 1k hands deep, hit the gym came back no deep tables were running and no one wanted to play me so i played 100bb tables. 100bb feels a lot easier now, perhaps playing deep has improved my game a bit. However my red line isnt great playing deep, there are still tons of areas i need to work on. I often get into situations and wonder wtf should i do now, whereas that dsnt happen much playing 100bb.
I also experimented with opening 2x 100% otb when folded to me. It worked really well overall. No one really made any adjustments, except for one reg. He would 3b to 8bb i call fairly wide and he check folded like 5 times in a row lol.
I lost a lot of money bluffing a fish early on today.
Mid month update, guess where i started mixing 200 and 100nl deep
I am down 1bi at 200nl and one at 400nl. Up roughly 45bi at 100nl. I filtered HU where iv been playing regs deep and im up about $1100 there.

This is vs the guy who kept c/fding after 3beting me oop. As you can see i flat him really wide but it worked out haha
After yesterdays massive spew, it feels good to book a winning day - even a few bi. I decided to invest in a coach who plays msnl. He is a smart guy and explains very clearly. After going through basic things like pf ranges i realized i have a lot to learn and think about. Also covered some GTO/math concepts and overall i have a fukload to implement into my game. I will play 100bb tables for a bit to rebuild then ill add deep again.
Cleared a stellar for $100, spent some on coaching.

So after just a few coaching/leak finder sessions my game has drastically changed. I am playing so many more hands running around 30/23ish. I think it will take me a bit of time to adapt to playing more pots and thinking about postflop situations. However it is really fun, especially constantly mashing the raise button I will probably become a red line monkey this way. I also ran tons below ev today till the end where i won a 3 way aipf with JJ. +$200 bonus not a bad day overall.
I'm currently looking to get a bit of coaching too. Who's youre coach and how expensive etc?
Gl at the tables. Maybe a lil bit to much nl400 for youre roll .
Should try to not risk it all theire imo. But obviously youre thing.

Wouldn't be getting it in PF so much with AK off, unlucky to run in to aces so much I suppose .. I think the 99 hand is a horrible call tbh, the first call is fine of course, and re raising villain looks quite strong imo, i'd be thinking aces and maybe kings with your raise there .. But I don't think you should call that all in, at worst he's got AK, he's not shoving with 88 or worse there so your dominated most of the time .. How are the graphs looking? Keep on grinding
