Been running horribly at HU as well as playing some guys that are yet to lose a single session vs me, so this seems to be the problem this month:

Alright, HHs go here. A bit side track but w/e - fwiw you can ask me anything about them cause I've been lazy for 2 months now and havent done any real off-table work so as a lol punishment I decided to share any info requested/asked or w/e ITT just to make me work a bit at least (and also get this thread rolling). Also this one poker "colleague" got in touch with me today saying he's ready for some off-table work w me again so this might get going in the near future which im really looking forward as again I havent done anything for 2 months and Im usually the guy who doesnt play much while reviews HH thoroughly almost daily... Anyway, I already got a ****load of HHs marked, ready for some hard-work and all is left is actually do the hard-work
OOk, tl;dr w/e no more side-tracking, back to HHs.

One one one last thing, really only noticed it in the process - seems there's simply too many HHs but they all seem interesting in a way. But here's the problem - I left off some HHs of 2 so called "Hu matches" ("" because it's starting tables so they're not that long) so anyway to not clutter this thread too much i wont post them unless someone is interested. Fwiw one match is @ deep altho not too many spews happened

So I finished today at -2.5k... A pretty disastrous run at HU again, seems like every reg is running over me this month no matter how awfully they're playing
I'll only post the HHs from one match which ended up slightly worse than b/e. Villain is my long-term rival or w/e, Im yet to have a winning session against him, somehow he just overruns me all the time even tho I know his huge leaks. Anyway, I tend to **** up big time vs him all the time for w/e reasons... Our matches are always ridiculously aggressive with all sorts of bull**** going on so these HHs should be fun

Finally had an ok-eish day after having 5 somewhat big-ish losing days in a row. Although I only won 1.5k while spent 6hrs playing (which is a lot for me and I havent really spent that much time a day for months now) but meh, I'll take anything at this point

Well last month didnt end well, neither did this one start
On the bright side I've been playing more than ever during the last 7 days, increasing my volume from 4hrs to 5-6hrs a day and only took 1 day break. Also been spending quite a lot of time reviewing hands thoroughly so that's a great thing too.

Alright, just finished my today's 4hr non-stop session and head feels like is going to assplode... Probably won't play anymore today as it's not really the condition I should be playing in so Im most likely done for the week. Starting tomorrow is going to be 2 seriously drunk days and 1 day of ridiculous hung over 2 days long blues festival, **** yeah Im coming!

You definitely rep a narrow range of value hands here for the obvious reason of not squeezing pre. Aside from quads/3s full (which he's blocking) I guess there's A2, QJ, maybe KJo and the odd K2 suited?
Irregardless of that your range is obviously capped, as I'd think you for example never have an overpair here given the action pre.
Maybe I'm missing something.

Finally got back from the festival. Hardly remember any music and tbh I hardly remember anything at all... Met a ****load of new people, got my ass kicked while drunk by some old dude cause I was hitting on his daughter (??), sunburnt like hell (glowing in pink right now, aint the best feeling ) and other stuff, you know, the usual
Gonna get back to serious grinding first thing tomorrow morning, need to get things going before autumn starts.


I really disagree with the ranges you provided. For a start Im going to defend a super wide range here pre-flop because of the fact that 1. It's going to be a 3-way pot with me having position on the fish 2. It's vs a minraise. Moving on I dont really have that many strong Jx's in my range as Im probably squeezing them for fat value leaving my range a bit more polarised like trips+ and bluffs. Now next thing is that I can have as many 2x as 32s 42s J2s+ maybe K2o+ and Im not really folding any 2x OTF. Last thing is given his sizing Im c/raising pretty much every single 2x OTT (which normally I wouldnt) as he's just asking for trouble with his half pot bull**** in such spot. Altho in theory half potting this spot might be pretty cool, dunno.

Fair point, you might be right. Altho turn ship aint that bad - this villain isnt really bluff-happy nor is he going to fold any overpair OTT. Kind of hard to analyse a hand when there's a huge randomness factor involved

Skipped yesterday's poker grind due to feeling all fuzzy and dizzy and w/e the others words are. All that sunshine from the weekend really tired me off - didnt feel like playing at all and knowing my awful work ethics I gave myself a free day. Got back into grind today but it went just awfuly... First session supposingly 4hrs ended after 1.5hr cause I misclicked huge twice and then misread couple of my holdings indicating I was in no shape to play at all... Then the next session (again, should've lasted 4hrs) ended in similar manner - I went for a smoke break after 1.5hr and then instead of clicking resume tables clicked stop tables... Lost like 8 good tables so **** it, I aint playing no more
Results are just as horrible as everything else, lost almost 3k. Meh, I think I was playing good, so it's w/e.

Well obviously, I get that, but still... calling a triple barrel on AKK72sss with Q high can't be +EV in the long run.
Can't wine too much about the KK hand, because he obv. rivered you and might've jammed 1.5x pot if he missed there as well, but here again... calling a check-raise on the turn with pretty dead Kings and then calling a 1.5x potjam OTR.
You usually bluff a lot more in HU, but enough to justify calls like this?
