Soooo it seems that I suck at updating this pseudo blog of mine. Since my last update I've grinded a decent amount, made a couple bucks, went to Ireland with some sickos, and just moved into my new apartment with the gf.
I played in the UKIPT a little over a week ago. It was an interesting experience given it was my 1st live tourney and I don't really like live poker in general. My backer Jordan (bigbluffzinc), me, Nick (Frenzuh), and Brandon (Mazurite) headed out to Ireland on May 14th and stayed till the 24th. The tourney went pretty well on day 1.

Day 2 was pretty much the opposite and I ended up spewing off most of my stack 3 barreling in a spot where I shouldn't have. Overall I'm still glad I played it and it was a good change of pace.
Both Jordan and Brandon had super deep runs in SCOOP. Somehow Jordan FT bubbled the 1K rebuy and Brandon FT bubbled the 1K main event. Was so sick to see both of them bust so close to 6-fig scores :[
I personally grinded the least out of all of us, mostly due to the fact that my laptop would start to lag really bad past 14 tabling. Almost just bought a new one while I was there but it seemed a bit excessive for a 10 day trip.
Guess I should post some graphs now if you made it all the way down here.

May's been a wee bit nicer to me :]
I've done some thinking and have decided to only check my results at the end of every week. If I run good I get tilted, and if I run bad I get tilted. So literally there's no upside in seeing how much I'm actually up or down.
I've also started working with a student of mine who I have some high hopes for and possibly will be picking up a second one depending on how much time I have. Should be interesting either way given I've never done anything like this before :]
My goals for this week are to grind 36 hours, coach for 6 hours, and study for 3 hours. Time to get on the grind!
