February recap

What was going to be an incredible month, turned into a good month. There was great action, but I finished the month with a 30 buy in down swing. I took some failed shots at 5k and 10k PLO but I'm not ready for those games, unless there's a big fish at the table.
Still, I obviously can't complain about my results.

I did tilt a lot and my focus and quality of play were pretty bad. Improving those areas will be my main focus this month. I basically don't play 500 Zoom anymore, just 2k+.
So I have to get used to quality over quantity and the slight increase in variance.

Roughly at a 50k pace, I had to take a week off at the beginning of the month
One more workout a week
Chocolate goals clearly failed
Sub 1000 euro budget goal will probably be reached, assuming I don't eat out too often

I like the jamm
We uave 15 outs most of the time and we are favorite vs his range.
Whenever we have 51%+ equity, why not get the money in and let math does it's job in the longrun...

Because I don't need anything other than that, and your bankroll doesn't have to reflect your expenses.
In the future, I'll squander some money on a car and I also want to travel the world. Other than that, I have zero interest in anything expensive.

I still ran over EV, because I shouldn't be making 90k per month playing poker.

He's a fish who limp-called and I know he over folds against big aggression, so I can make him bet-fold quite a bit of equity and I remove his ability to jam or call. That's all I can tell you.

You want to avoid playing dominated draws in PLO.

Strange things make me tilt. I don't punt it off in big pots due to tilt.
If you do, you probably shouldn't be playing high stakes.
I mainly want to be more focused and relaxed during my sessions.

why shouldn't you be making that a month? personal reasons or generally speaking? if you're one of the best at something, there's always big money to be made. People are willing to lose it and it's legal, selling yourself short

I play about 50k hands with a 4-5bb win rate at mostly 2k+ and some 500 Zoom, that means my EV is lower than 90k. So winning that much means I got lucky, even if I ran under all in EV.
Hitting big draws, pulling off big bluffs, even getting great action is also run good, you just can't measure it very precisely.
