I had an aha moment while watching a Runitonce video from Parker Muir, when he talked about GTO and how to play your range and not just think about your hand.
Other than that, I haven't had any obvious ones. But I did learn a ton from Sauce and Phil Galfond's videos.

Them teaching me so much is one of the reasons I coach other players now. Because they were kind enough to show their game and help out up and coming players.
