I knew Thomas was coming from a bad place when he took the time to relish in BTS pointing out you should raise small in early positions. Like I get if you think it’s basic but it’s so bizarre to pick on teaching material for being TOO beginner friendly. If you were reviewing in good faith you would shrug at that bit and say "fair enough" and move on.

Sick results, but, why do you play so little? Is it because the mental energy of moving down to play 1k or 2k is not worth the EV? From mexico adding in 4 tables of 10/20 on Bodog could be very +EV for you. I understand that you only really want to play 5k+ but seems like there aren't too many games. Also, why did you quit playing on stars?

Stars action has been dead for over a year, so I don't even bother opening the software anymore.

I play up to 20k and 40knl daily and the ev is so much higher at those stakes than at 2k bodog that I have to focus on them.
If I make some money at 2k but play slightly worse at 40k, I lose more EV than I originally gained.

If it were up to me, I would 4 table 40knl all day, but it's not 2005 anymore.
My opponents are quite tough and I need to focus on my playing best.
