Played another session, not much happened really. Won a little bit. I spewed in some hands which I haven't done so far, so quit and I'm focused on cutting that out. Spew mainly involved in trying to get laggy regs off hands, not the best way to play 10nl for sure.

Tomorrow is Friday, games should be good.. Will play more then and over the weekend and hopefully start chunking up to a good 25NL roll

I have played 25NL before and was able to beat it over a decent sample, my problem has always been playing 50nl, it feels somewhat intimidating to me. Won't need to worry about it for a while though if everything goes well. Just to mention I have played alot of 50nl heads up but I'm not experienced in 6 max games at that limit.

UTG is shortie who seems to be online 24/7 playing. Don't mind him shoving as he stacks off light alot. Dropped 3 buyins earlier, was spewing and my mind was racing. Somedays when I wake up I can tell it isn't a good idea to play poker cause for some unknown reason I feel agitated and not motivated and feel like everyone is playing back at me. Massive mental game leak.

It's like I'm not paying attention to anything on the tables and just clicking buttons and not thinking street by street. E.g. I have AQ and the tight button 3bets and I insta hit the call button. I check and he fires out on a super dry board and I call and the turn he bets again and I'm like saying to myself wtf are you doing in this pot lol.

On the positive side I feel much calmer now and will play a long session and hopefully do much better than earlier. I`ll update in a few hours

Strange day for me, the focus + thought processes and patience of all the previous days disappeared and I went on monkey tilt. I don't no what happened

I decided to play some 50nl heads up (50 bb tables) to try chase losses etc. It started off pretty bad and soon I was down over hundred from my peak. Luckily for me I managed to get back to my peak and another $30+/- in profit.

Tilt is obviously still a factor for me. But today I felt strange not only in poker but in everything else too, agitated, angry, upset for no apparent reason. These type of days happen to me sometimes and in the future when they do my poker time will be spent studying poker and my sessions, and not playing, it seems to be a good compromise until I get to the root of those problems.

For now its back to 10nl again until I regain my composure and my game. I don't be playing anymore heads up for two reasons. The variance is too high and my roll isn't deep enough, well maybe that's just 1 reason . Maybe tomorrow I`ll be back to normal. If anyone has problems with tilt/mental side of poker, I'd recommend reading "The mental game of Poker" by Jarad Tendler.

I'm not very happy with myself for going on tilt and not giving a crap about the game. I don't know why I felt that way today. I felt proud of how consistent and stable I've played since I started this blog and have had constant motivation. I felt like I've been consistently playing my A game, maybe that's the problem. If I go off my A game it jumps down to row Z. It's something to work on and eliminate if possible. Perhaps I need to move up a level and test myself there, 16NL would be perfect for that.

Luckily I haven't had any loosing days yet, but I did spazz out one day and starting playing 50nl hu! That was a strange day, I felt very weird, shouldn't have played.

Have made a some what conscious decision to knock the booze on the head and focus on the poker next month, the last week or so I've been going backwards.

Although I wont be drinking over the weekend so hopefully I can chip up to 700$ ~

also thoughts in my mind unless i start taking this **** serious and focusing a number of hours a day trying to improve I'm gonna be much worse as a player and have no edge over the terrible regs at 10nl. I can see already the past week my progress has been nil even though I've been winning a little here and there

[ ] Have 40 buyins + for 25NL by October 31st and be ready to play that limit only

My goal for January would be to have 50 buyins or more for 50NL. I think its achievable, time will tell. My discipline needs improving

Hi Slahwooi, I took a break from the game for a while, have some things going on irl that need to be sorted that are impacting negatively on my poker stuff

Hope to be back grinding consistently in a few days, rolls sitting at 660 or so
