Never in my life have I received money out of the blue from stars. Only way it happens is if there was some cheating in the games you were playing. Or someone has transferred you it.

I saw you play a 180man yesterday and you called off your stack 4-handed with J2o - I see how you lose money apart from tilt, haha!

Okay just starting my session, I'm gonna try and play 2 separte 4 hour sessions today and finish around 11pm.

I want to see how many games I can play in 8 hours of play (in 2 x 4 hour sessions; I know I could achieve more in 8 hours straight but I need a break after 4 hours).

How many games does anybody think I can play of the $2.50 in 2 x 4 hour sessions, I can multitable about 20 tables before I start feeling too rushed and decisions are comprimised.

So 20 tabling the $2.50 in 2 x 4 hour sessions how many games will I play on average? (I also understand the more successful my session the less games I will play..)

My target today is to achieve 120 games of the 50 center. I think I could probably play 200 games in 2 x 4 hour sessions of the $2.50 because they fill so much quicker...

Does anyone have any experience of how many?

Okay another decent session, although I did seem to be extremely unlucky for most parts of the session and particularly at the end 3 hands in a row, 2 on the final table with around 5 players left, 88 lost A6 and 77 lost to A5 both on the river, then AK lost to K6 just before final table on another table so that was very disappointing....

So overall very good day, I will check my stats to see how many games I managed today.

I've played 798 games in total at an ROI of 54.5%

So that means I've managed to play 85 games today... I wanted over a 100 but it takes so long for these to fill, if I was playing the $2.50's today I would of managed over 130 games I recon..



So here's the question if I can achieve 54.5% ROI at the 50 cent games, does this mean I could possibly achieve 15% at the $2.50 game?

Its about samplesize wich is obv too low to conclude anything, but keep on trying and you will succeed!

Okay I'm planning on playing these 100 a day for the next 30 days, that should get me to my $1000 target..

Would you say 4000 games would give me quite a reasonable idea of my "long term true" ROI +/- 10%?

Okay decent session again.. I managed to 22 table at one point which is cool. I think once I do this everyday for 100 days or so I will be able to 24 table no problem, which bodes well for my volume playing the $2.50's...

Okay finished 3rd in that one, should of won it, I was so unlucky... A5 lost to KJ all in pre and then A 10 lost to K 10 all in pre... for a 3rd.. sick.. played really good in that one tho, blind stealing lovely almost every single hand..

So I managed to play 59 games in my first session today for a profit of $48 at an ROI of 162.7%, maybe I am getting better...

Maybe 80% is achievable at this level...

I wander what the best 180 man player in the world could achieve at these 50 centers mutlitabling 20 tables, maybe 200%?

50 buy ins down in 1 hour 45 mins, wow... the players are so so so bad I didn't think that a 50 buy in downswing would be possible...

Just seen your thread and it seems like you are doing a bit better this year.

However, as others have said 100/200BI downswings happy quite regularly at the 180 man turbos, regardless of stake.

As soon as you accept that this kind of variance exists then you will be able to progress. Until then you will continue to beat yourself up about short term results.

One way to look at variance is that it only takes 2 victories to wipe out a 100BI down swing.

Makes it seem alot more manageable.
