I'll withhold comment on 1,2,4 & 5 since I don't actually know you. However, you are absolutely not being single correctly if 3 is true. I can not stress this enough - there are 1.73 zillion awesome ways to blow $$$ when you are single that are no longer available when you have a gf. Atleast 16 of them don't involve hookers or strippers.

I don't think you guys realize why I broke it off.

Because 2 is unfortunately starting to become true. After 4 years, she was getting worse and worse about even being a partly good "partner" in that way, and I figured if it's gonna be like that I would rather chill with friends and look for random lays instead. At least my friends and/or random girls aren't going to be able to bitch at me all day long.


The big thing is I get to do what I want. I get to advance myself in poker, I get to try to get somewhere with it, and I get to travel where I want. Maybe some land based tourneys. Probably Vegas this summer.

Also, LOL at 4 and 5 not being true? I mean she isn't one that is going to travel to random people's place and obviously I have more time for poker without a gf.

So 2 and 3 are questionable, except 3 is def true because of the fact that I'm not a huge spender. 2 is def. not true, but I think taking a good lay or finding a good "friend" is better than having the sex I was having to go along with the other problems like constant fighting and stuff. I would rather get laid less and be happier overall than what I was in for the last couple months


FYI, I'm still kinda a pussy. If she comes back saying she wants to have amazing sex all the time and wants me back etc etc, I prob can't turn it down. But hopefully that doesn't happen because I truly think I'll be happier and live a fuller life this way.
