First issue will always be the business license and zoning. Unless you can buy out an existing owner, good luck getting that cleared at a decent location in most cities. And if you are noob the chance is 0% as someone with stroke will either block you or get in line in front of you for the license. You are dealing with the sketchiest of the sketchy in that industry.

Thought I was gonna get in a throw down with a Quiznos owner back in 2006. His place was always out of what they needed for the advertised sandwich I liked. One day I said something about how that was even possible when the place was always empty. He told me to GTFO. Words were exchanged. I told him I would stop by again when they were going out of business.

Pretty sure $50 is above market rate for most of that other than *maybe* calculus in the right area. Too many online options which are decent enough at much lower cost.
