I found 85k in an envelope hidden in our team house. One of my partners had completely forgotten he had hidden it and when I gave it to him (had his initials on the manilla envelope) said,"Sweet I forgot about that".
we had numerous incidents where casinos refused to give us our $. Had to lawyer up but always got it back.

Barg: After being closed for 15.5 months, our casinos our re-opening tomorrow.

I was planning my return to the felt last night, but back pain and mover tilt made me rethink it. Plus I forgot that I'd spent most of my "pocket bankroll" on paying a contractor in order to get a cash discount, so I didn't have enough cash to be able to play comfortably.

It would have been my first session. And since I move to Alabama tomorrow, where even home games are forbidden, you may very well get back on the felt before I do.

Went up Saturday night. Not sure how long it had been, probably somewhere in that area.

I was never more than a recfish to begin with, but the cash game has passed me by. Tournament play is ahead of me in the passing lane, but hasn't pulled back into the driving lane quite yet.

Just poker tips

Comfortability
Ensure you are physically comfortable; enjoy your clothing, appreciate you hair, wash your face, ensure proper electronics and chargers, if you have back issues, bring a cushion for your chair. Stretching before and during your sessions will help you alot, sit with posture in mind as it will allow better blood, air and hormonal flow. DO YOGA. Breathe in through your nose, and exercise regularly, even if its just 10 min a day.



BRM

Buy-ins only count if in cash! If you have to sell anything to get access to your cash then it doesn't count as a buyin. You will play much worse if you have to sell things to get cash versus if you already have the cash liquid.
Make sure you have enough cash for weekends holidays. A losing day is often 4 buyins so and the ATM only lets you take out a few hundred at a time. If I am going to play for 3 days I want to have access to about 12 buyins. You don't want to miss out because you lost on Friday/Saturday and banks are closed on Sundays.

I'm torn. We have hardwood under the carpet which we have in the master closet and under the tiles in the master and 2nd floor bath. But I kinda like carpet in the rest of the 2nd floor. Radiant floor heating sounds expensive beyond the master.

Do whatever you feel more comfortable.

But when you sell, you should definite let buyer know about the hardwood.

we carpeted over the timber on our upper levels and haven't regretted it at all. much nicer to wake up and have soft carpet underfoot in the bedrooms
