Anyone have IRL contact with Rickroll? I thought he'd just gotten tired of the 2+2 grind, but someone in a FF league with him says he hasn't made a roster move all year, which seems concerning. Hoping he's just gone off the grid.

if you hit 90s and you're still coherent, i would think you're in the minority. def didn't realize he was still alive. would have guessed he died in the 80s. granted, i also would have expected him have been born well before 1923

Just managed my first workout since hurting my back a few weeks ago. 5th try. Each try before, my back said FU during the workout. This time I made it through. Now hoping it doesn't seize up on my as I cool down.

Getting old is not for the weak.

Not this time. I've had a diskectomy at L4/L5 and L5/S1, but this one was just muscular. Tweaked something that led to muscle spasms that led to... basically re-injuring it every time I picked up a fork or sat on the sofa.

I've found that both activating and stretching the psoas major everyday has helped me.

Sitting on the floor or in a rigid chair tends to make it the worst.

Michigan stopped OSU the only way they could... game canceled.

OSU is currently ineligible to play for B10 title with only 5 games played. lol

Not quite. My new boss is in Quebec City.

Gonna be fun negotiating COVID bubbles in the first part of '21. There's work all across Canada that I'll be responsible for. But just happy to land a decent gig.

Very informative article. My favorite part is when they cited Urban Dictionary:
