I'm doing the IF thing. I do the eatstopeat program, at least one day a week just take a 24 hour fast from all food. That way I can eat heavy the other six days a week, but i still gain a 14.3% reduction in weekly calories. Pretty awesome
Also fasting has ******ed benefits that science is coming out with. non-catabolic, increased BDNF, HGH, test, etc..
