I dont think he plays kjo (or any non pair hands) off that way, raising to 14 pf calling a 3 bet then calling a good sized bet otf.

To the other poster who said to bet to get value from kk/qq, i really dont think he has those hands there because of the flop smooth call. I really doubt he has any a2/a3/a5 there either, people are more likely to limp call those hands pf rather than opening to 14 when they are described as seemingly tight. They might open to 14 with ak/aq/aj, but it doesnt really explain the flop check call so I doubt they have anything like that either.

So checking then thin bet otr will help us get paid more often. But if you bet and get shoved on then obv it's a call

check back turn to get him to bluff river or value bet a worse hand

i feel he will fold 99-kk almost always so check to get value or bluff catch the river
