I am UTG 7 handed. What are you doing with these?

1) KJo
2) Q9s
3) 55
4) ATo
5) A5s

The CO open limps. The SB is extremely loose and cold calls a ton but doesn't three bet much. The BB is fairly loose and defends a lot. What do you do with these? The button is tight.

1) A8o
2) JTo
3) 44
4) Q9o

fold in a standard 1/2 blind structure.

that said in my weird games with the blinds so big (2/3 structure wtih 1/3 blind OTB) im guessing raising all is the play.

Depends on who is behind. Probably raise 1, 3, 4, 5 at least some of the time. Especially if I have no one tough behind that is super active.

Yeah I don’t love it but I just don’t fold an ace getting 3 to 1

Very loose passive player open limps UTG 6 handed. It's folded to me on the button. The SB is a good TAG. The BB is a decent lag/tag.

1) 46s
2) 33
4) A6o
5) J8o

IRL 64s raise % of time A6o raise 100%.

Fold J8o 100%.

33 fold close to 100% unless excellent image & meta at table.

PS: If Commerce, may raise 100% OR fold 100%

PS 2: I never limp along in LHE likely personal leak per 33 BTN which Solver may have answer

This is more of a stove question but I can't really put CO, SB, BB on a good range of hands since they are all bad 40/20 who can be pretty random (EX: CC 2 cold K8o in the BB etc). Do we have equity to cap here? Also is the initial PF raise bad due to this lineup and how loose they are? I felt because of how poorly and passive these players played it was fine

Btw CO is 45/21/0.96 over 2500 hands. BTN is 47/23/1.23 over 800 hands. SB is 40/14/0.8 over 100 hands. BB is 40/19/1 over 300 hands.

CEREUS $10/$20 Limit Hold'em - 6 players

Pre Flop: HERO is UTG with JsQs
Hero raises, 1 fold, CO calls, BTN 3-bets, SB calls, BB calls, HERO...

Open is standard. And you probably are just fine to cap here as long as you are capping a variety of other things

+1 I used to cap wide here if I recall. Commerce guessing should have been wider

PS:
What do you do here ninefingershuffle?

None of these have high ev in this spot. I don't really want to overlimp behind just one limper, especially with this lineup, so I'd fold them all except A6o, which I might also fold if the limper limps with A6+ and/or 66+, or if the blinds 3b aggressively.

+1 I enjoy raising vs Power Limps too much especially at Commerce

I saw a very well respected poster on here over limp 46s in this situation on a Deuces Cracked video many years ago. I wondered if this was something the next level guys were doing. I would always fold this. Maybe this player has since changed how he would play this. Maybe he just miss clicked. I realize a lot has changed about the game in the last 12 ish years.

8 handed family pot. I am in the BB. Are you raising any of these?

1) ATo
2) Q9s
3) 89s
4) 55"s

All four are likely equity favorites, but I would probably only raise Q9s and 98s.

What is your play UTG 8 handed?

Scenario 1) Typical game. I might get the blinds, I might get a couple callers, I might get 3 bet.

Scenario 2) The game is loose with a fair amount of cold callers and some 3 betting. Most pots are going off 4-6 ways.

8 handed. UTG plays 80% of hands. He open raises 60% and open limps the rest. His opening range in EP tends to be bigger cards but he will sometimes get out of line with a hand like 75o. He is pretty sticky post flop but will fold if he completely whiffed. He is a calling station post. He misses value. The players to my left are a mix of loose passives, LAGS, and TAGS. A three bet by me will sometimes get me HU but sometimes It'll end up 3 or 4 way.

UTG open raises, I am in the LJ.

1) ATo
2) KJs
3) 66's
4) A8s
