I have an issue on ACR where it is almost always spazzing out with betsizing both pre and post but mostly pre, it seems very random too it'll fill in like 28bb for no reason

Still having the "the server seems to be down or there is an issue with your firewall" error message, even after uninstalling, installing the latest version, old versions, etc. Please help!

Everytime i try to open a 2nd or 3rd table, it wont recognize it. Tested leaving that one open and trying to get a 4th one going, which actually gets recognized but hotkeys just get all messed up and sizings become erratic.

Is there a fix?

I've been sending logs to support every day or so but haven't heard anything back

I am still having a problem getting all functions to work on global, and now ACR?

I have checked all setting and they are identical to my ignition setup(which does work)

When I "configure poker client" with ACR in TT it breaks the graphics in ACR(pic below). The only way I can fix is to uninstall/reinstall ACR but the betting functions still don't work correctly. ie my hotkey all min bet, preflop sizes never auto-fill the ACR bet box...

ACR, everything was working perfect earlier today.

I just installed the most recent TT stable version.
Without configuring - nothing works on ACR
After config - For some reason my ACR table at normal and blitz is all black. I can see bet sizes and flop cards. I can't see who has hole cards or anything else.

I uninstalled ACR completely and the site graphics came back, but same problem once I config'ed TT again.

I don't have background or any graphics settings in TT for ACR.

What is this?

Thanks for the quick response. That worked.
It's auto inputting bet sizes, but not using what it's set to after updating to the beta.
4x instead of 2.5x open or weird like 10% size cbet in the auto fill box
We'll see if the problem continues.

hello,
having difficulties with ipoker

1)when using hotkeys FOLD , it clicks call instead of fold, when it is directly my turn to act . if other players are still thinking and it is their action , quick fold works fine
2) scroll wheel not working
3) auto bets also not working ,wanted them for preflop

i followed site setup instructions and other stuff which i found , added everything to firewall/antivirus and etc

PS: ignition also crashes everytime (log folder is empty cant ship logs)

Hello sorry for the late report back but I talked with the developer and he said that unfortunately the automatic table aspect ratio with ACR is intentional for software stability purposes.

So there will not be a fix for the ACR "null" table problem? This happens so frequently that TT has been effectively unusable on ACR for over a month. Will refunds be offered to ACR users for this time?

I know this is an issue that the site should fix themselves, but if TT holds itself out to be compatible with their software, then that includes the bugs in the software as well...

That's a shame. I'd gladly pay the yearly for this function. Multi-tabling 16+ games and then having to manually resize the new tables is difficult. If anything changes, please inbox me.

hello, is the bet sizing preflop/3bets work for WPN (Pokerking)? cause it seems it doesnt work for me, but table placement is ok.
and hat about table placement on Run It Once? will it work? can't test it on free mode on nl4 there is an info it doesnt work on these stakes.

so just a quick general consensus question. I had TT a few years ago and it worked fairly well. was thinking about re-subbing because it looks like they have the panel which will give you villains current line in real time but, by the looks of things, it seems that most US facing sites (ignition, global, chico, etc.) are having major issues with this program? and often? or no?
