Few issues with TT:
1. WPN blitz not working well even after opening each table separately as mentioned in the setup page. Hotkeys for betsizes sometime don't work and other times go crazy.
2. The resolution of my entire computer has been affected. Everything has become a little blurry. Please tell me how to fix this as it goes beyond just poker I gotta be able to read clearly. ty

Currency to BB randomly stopped working tonight. Really questioning my decision to subscribe. So many issues every day.

Since the last update on Revolution/Juicy the hotkeys stopped working normally. Basic actions like call, fold etc. are working, but the buttons assigned to "bet x% of pot" put in wrong amounts. For example if I hit the 3/4 pot button, it overbets. Sometimes the mouse wheel does funny things too, instead of increase/decrease 0,5bb, like it used to, it jumps randomly to big amounts. Could you please look into it?

I am trying to download table tamer and after I download then open the install I get "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." I would appreciate any help you can give so that I may download and purchase your product.

Not the same for me. Focus isn't popping tables up over other sites.

I can't display the player's action (x-f-r-etc). I already created the dashboard for "actions". How do i solve this?

Table tamer is making my ignition tables go to black screen while its running. It will work on one table, then if I start another tournament, that new table goes black. Only able to run ignition without table tamer atm. Anyone have this issue before? I'm new to the software so it could easily be on my end.

Is PartyPoker open?



Do you play on any other sites? and Table Tamer closes the poker client? or tamer closes itself? We don't officially support GG Network at the moment so I would expect table tamer to be unstable for any poker skins but we are working on getting our software approved by the network.




Did you move the program files to a different directory or happen to do a system restore or some sort? If you haven't backed your settings up beforehand, it's most likely that the settings are lost. If you have moved the files to a different directory, I suggest moving it back to the original and seeing if that works. Would you be able to show me a screenshot of the exact error or prompt message you got or would it not pop up anymore?



Go to Settings -> Site Setup and select Party Poker. Then untick injection and hopefully that'll work. I believe some advanced functions won't work but we're currently working hard on updating PartyPoker so that all our advertised functions work properly on there.



Can you tell me what game type/format you are playing? I can try and test this out myself. Would also help if you exported your settings via Settings -> Program and clicking the Export Settings button. If you could upload and share that with me I can try look into the settings to see if there's anything there to be fixed.

We're working on a fix for blitz at the moment and hopefully it'll be released soon. It's a bot prevention method that WPN implemented that's messing with TT's ability to read the action mid-hand so it'll get confused with betsizing. Usually restarting the blitz table works.
As for your resolution, I'm not sure that's a Table Tamer issue, we've never had a report of Table Tamer messing with resolutions of your computer as far as I know. Especially if it happens when Table Tamer is closed.



What site? Make sure to reconfigure your poker client before your first session for that day as poker sites like to sneak in updates that overwrite our code for Table Tamer to function properly. Are there any other issues that you are having?


We're currently aware that our iPoker fix didn't fix all the poker skins for iPoker Network. What poker client are you playing on?



I assume you mean HUD Panels for actions right? What site are you playing on? Try creating a text HUD panel with just random letters in "Text:" to see if that shows up.



Have you reconfigured the poker client before the session that this happened in? Just to be safe, I personally like to go to Settings -> Site Setup, select Ignition and click Configure Client. Some poker sites like to sneak updates overnight that overwrite the code we place in the poker client and this makes TableTamer malfunction.
Additionally, if you have sized the tables too small on your Table Tamer layout, Ignition will turn black, perhaps that could be the issue too.

Hello, i have little problem since few days, in ipoker softs hotkeys of size betting and hotkeys to scroll the bar doesn't work. Yesterday i tried in another windows session ant it's work but not today. I don't know if it is my problem or general but i tried too export / import config from this session and neither, can you tell me if it's only me ? Ty!

I'm looking through and it appears that at some point in the past custom ACR hotkeys worked and only were recently broken by some update?

I only managed to make basic hotkeys to work and was going under assumption for months that custom betting hotkeys weren't implemented right as some other functions.

Looking through 2+2 is difficult to find somebody with similar problem and a solution for it, TT FAQ doesn't provide any help.

The only option I have is default hotkeys provided by ACR that work through TT 1/2 3/4 pot (1/4 default not working either!!!)

Setting up betting w/ panels doesn't work either, please help.

Im a doofus, I solved it.

I initially thought that if some of the hotkeys worked an antivirus block wasn't the issue. I also don't have an antivirus installed. Just in case added exception in windows defender and things seem to work fine now.

As in which skin? I'm on Grosvenor.

Hello, will iPoker be fixed for full functionality one day?

We're working on it, we previously thought we fixed it but it seems we need a fix for each poker skin on iPoker.

Which poker client are you on and if it's possible, would you be able to give us the poker client version number?

If anyone else has issues with iPoker, we would much appreciate the help by giving me information about the poker client you're having issues with and the version number if possible.

I've tried messaging you multiple times on skype about it.

I'm Grosvenor v 20.1.6.4 and here are my problems. First off since my skin first moved to ipoker there's always been an issue of focus actually getting frozen on one table, totally out of the blue, randomly, hard to get unstuck, usually it would unfreeze when that particular hand ended. Realised it didn't happen if only ONE table mixed with my other sites and so thought perhaps it's a size thing. As you can't size ipoker tables to all be identical.

Then after a recent release fold became call, wasn't costly at all that one

It appears you've now fixed the fold issue- but have somehow instilled a new problem, in that tables won't take focus alongside other sites, at least for me anyway. If I use that site only I THINK it's ok.

Next, on WPN. I use table themes and they're pretty important to me cuz I need to increase font size and so on, but after a bit of time grinding WPN, say about an hour or so, the themes stop working on about 30% of tables. Used to be a fairly simple case of shut that table and reopen it and it would sort it's life out, but that is getting rarer and rarer by the day. Also when the theme has stopped working, for me my 2.5x hotkey also fails, just becoming a min raise instead, however other hotkeys carry on ok. IT#t happens also to tables that randomly disconnect which is a WPN issue, but still also to tables that haven't disconnected- and after a while many new tables as well, themes won't show at all even after closing and reopening 69 times.

I swear these softwares act more mechanical than anything else, start to show signs of wear and tear until they eventually just implode completely LMAO!
