As soon as I start playing, I get the following TNII pop-up:

"You are not saving Hand Histories to disk for Pokerstars.eu. Certain TN2 features (such as NinjaTile) will not work."

In pokerstars>options, it says my HH is being saved to C:\Users\********\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHis tory\

Could pokertracker 4 be affecting this?

I think I may know what is causing this, can you please send me your log file so I can be sure,

Go to the help tab in TN2 > click on contact support > click send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

Hey, just got TN2 yesterday and im having big problems with the Presets Bets, i think ive written the code right but instead of min raising sometimes it 2.5x's and i cant seem to get the Preflop 3bet right either is there something wrong with my version or am just coding it wrong? Any help and maybe some code examples would be great

Please make sure that you are using a default table theme, We don't support any custom themes/Mods

If you use FTP please make sure that you have your custom bet buttons set to default.

If you still have problems

Go to the help tab in TN2 > click on contact support > click send logs to Table Ninja

The latest update did not change anything for me.

Is there a chance this could be a hardware issue ?

Ive been monitoring my cpu/ram/gpu and non of them even go over 50% usage during my sessions.
Also im using an SSD for all my programs.

What could possibly be the bottleneck(assuming its a hardware issue) ?

Its on Pokerstars, and im using the Hyper Simple theme. I downloaded the new version that u linked and now everything has stopped working!

long time ago i test TN2. What is with Multi-Stacks and Mouse Under Table Bring It In Foreground? Is it resolved? For me was that the major problem!

I multitable the 4-man HU SNGs on stars. I set the concurrent number of SNGs to 4 and only want 4 total tables maximum to be open at any one time. When I move on to the second round, it will reg me for another table since im not currently active at the table that im waiting at, but i only want 4 total tables open otherwise the tables can just keep building up. How can i make the concurrent number equal the total number of tables that i want open?

At the moment no there is no way to mark the hand, However you can save the current hand by just clicking the hotkey.

HM has an option to mark last hand history though.

If you you set the Concurrent SNGs to 4 set the max per cycle to 4 then this will register you in 4sngs for that cycle.

If you set the Concurrent SNGs to keep playing to 4 then this means that TN2 will only keep total tournaments open at any time. If you set the Max SNGs to play to then once sensei registers you in 4sngs it will stop. If the Max sngs is more than 4 then when you go bust from one of the SNGs sensei will register you in another.

Also in HM2, you can use hotkeys to mark the current hand during play.

In my experience these keys (F8/F9) do not work. I'm don't have them as hotkeys elsewhere and I have hotkeys in HM 2 enabled. I mouse over the table, click on the table, whatever and mash both keys and nothing gets noted

However I still cant see this folder when I click the hotkey to save the HHs

I was then told to: type in the folder search box %appdata% which will show the hidden folder but again nothing:

Maybe it will work for you, if you see some posts after Denise says how to show this folder because the folder is hidden and you have to un hide it to view it but no success for me.

Will you let me know if it works for you so I know if its something I am doing wrong.
