so f this, but it really is a waste of time requesting that because all fool will do is ignore it again

on a different note, since the switch to pokerstars.eu TN only works on stars.fr when I have both clients open which is really tilting, what's causing this?
I usually opened the .com client and then tableninja to make sure its working there and after that I started .fr, but no matter in what order I do it now, it's not working on .eu

I appreciate your suggestion. Unfortunately we are working with multiple clients and only able to support one version at a time. We may change this at some point in the future but for now everyone needs to run the most up to date version of Stars and TableNinja unless otherwise instructed by support.

Try going to TableNinja>Setup and see if any of your setting show in red.

I'm able to reproduce this. Something with the settings folder seems to have changed if you have switched from Stars.com to Stars.eu. I've let the developers know. We will release an update as soon as possible. Sorry for the hassle.

I don't want/need you to support old versions though. Under my suggestion you could have a popup when Tableninja opens saying:

"Tableninja requires an update: please choose one of the following options
- Update tableninja ***STRONGLY RECOMMENDED***
- Close Tableninja
- Continue using old version - Please note older versions receive NO SUPPORT - if problems are encountered please update to the latest version"

if I don't update stars for a month I can just click "continue using old version" when I open TN, if Stars forces an update, introduces new features I like or I notice a bug I can just click update.

I mean I doubt Stars support old versions but they allow us to choose not to update except for major changes to the software.

Fixed it. Had to change the stars settings folder in the setup tab to the new "Pokerstars.eu"

Precisely this.

Its not that ****ing hard really, sorry to use obscenities but I don't understand how you people can't understand it.

If pokerstars and tableninja are working fine, and we are sensible enough to not update stars, then why should we have to update tableninja? If we were coming in here asking why x y or z wasn't working then I'd understand, but we're not.

Everything was perfect for me running the old stars and tn version till tonight I had to update tn, I hadn't updated stars, and hey presto there is stuff not working left right and centre. Thats because mixing new tn and old stars software obviously won't work very well hand in hand.

Forcing us to update tableninja because we're not stupid enough to auto update pokerstars is so **** tilting its unbelievable

I got a focu-stealing problem that I have no idea what is. Its just that I sometimes am required to see something at the table even when my hand is folded. What can this be and how to get rid of it? Happens quite frequently too.

^^ You need to disable the "auto select info tab", that's what's causing the focus stealing.

There is another problem with the "auto select info tab" feature. We are working on a fix and will release it as soon as possible. In the meantime disabling the feature should solve the problem.

Two questions.

How do I set table ninja to remember if i want to stack my tables it stacks in bottom left, so if i tile 24 tables to see if im playing them all, how do I sort it so i can click and they stack all back bottom left, as it is i have to manually move one resize it and then hotkey to stack there, which is difficult.

Second one, what options do I need to do, to make TN one click open a SNG?

It sounds like you need to setup a layout in Stars. Information on doing so can be found here:

http://tnforums.tableninja.com/showt...t=built+layout

Once your layout is saved you can use the "Apply Active Layout" hotkey in TableNinja>Table Control to send all your tables back their original locations. You can also use the "Set Table Aside" hotkeys on the same tab to move tables in and out of your stack.

For tournament registration most prefer a hotkey rather than a click. It is possible to set your right mouse button to the "Register for Tournament" hotkey found in TableNinja>Opening/Closing though. Make sure to also check the box marked "Automatically handle 'Tournament Registration' popup".

Click "test" on SNG Opener. Am told to "Select Sit-n-Go in the Main Lobby" when it is selected.

(PokerStars Client 6.118)

Are you playing on PokerStars.fr, .it, or .es? If so we are aware of the problem and working on an update. We will release it as soon as possible. Sorry for the hassle.

Play primarily HUSNG and looking to purchase TN. Looking for a software that is able to:

- auto register for husng (when one is finished and rematch is declined)
- auto registration process won't clash with rematches
- close finished husngs

Is TN capable of the above? Thanks

Yes, you can download a fully functioning free trial of the program here:

http://tableninja.com/downloads.php

Let me know if you have any trouble with setup or other questions about the program.

Try going to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and disable "Auto-open tournament lobby" and "New Tournaments Take Focus".

Also go to TableNinja>Opening/Closing>Tournaments and disable "Close tournament lobby when tournament opens".

Thanks. But I used the free trial last year when I was playing cash games. Is there any where to have a second free trial? Even just for a few days whilst I try out the functionality for HUSNG? Thanks!

I'd be happy to extend your trial. I just need a copy of the machine ID number from your TNLog files. Please send the files to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find the files in C:/Program Files/TableNinja

Hi,

I'm playing stacked, where I use set table aside hotkey "caps lock" to put all tables in spot "A"

As soon as I would like to pay more attention to specific table I use another set table aside hotkey "F1" to move table to spot "B"

Problem: when I press "F1" table don't goes immediately from spot A to B, but first to spot "A<->B" and I need press second time "F1" to move it to spot "B". I hope You understand what the problem is and is there a way to solve it? I want table from spot "A" move to spot "B" with just 1 click.

I may be misunderstanding you but I'm not sure why you need two hotkeys. If your only using two slots try going to PokerStars>View> and enable "Remember Table Positioning". This will cause your tables to open where you close them (the stack).

Open as many tables as you usually play but don't sit. Stack all tables in the location you want your Slot A to be and close them. Then make a set table aside hotkey and save your Slot B location.

When you open a table it should start in Slot A. As long as you move tables back to Slot A before closing them they should stay this way. If Slot A gets moved around select a table that is in the stack and hit the "Stack Tables" hotkey in TableNinja>Table Control. To move tables back and forth from slot A to B you should only need to target the table and hit the set aside hotkey. The table should go where ever it currently isn't. Let me know if I've misunderstood the problem.

First please try the following:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.

2) Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.

3) Try to load TableNinja again.

If that doesn't seem to help please email support@alxsoftware.com with a link to this thread. I'll setup a teamviewer session and see what I can do.

Well, I used Your suggested method before, but then I got even bigger problem - let say I loose one of the tables in spot B (most of the time I use this spot to put FT tables, so there is no way I could move it back before I loose the table), then the new table will open in the spot B, as soon as I use stack button in spot A all tables got moved to A. Of course this isn't the problem I couldn't live with, but still its a bit annoying to click twice instead of one click.
