I looked around a bit but didn't see any similar problems....

I stack tables. When a new table pops up in the stack, it shows up as 'first in line' with the purple border. default bet sizing is not automatically entered in the bet box.

I then have to click the hotkey for "cycle to first in line", and it will update the betbox with the default bet and turn the table into an 'active table', or target table with the red frame.

Not the biggest sounding problem, but it makes it impossible to mass table when I need to change every bet sizing from 2bb to 2.2 or whatever, and change every 3bet to the correct sizing instead of minraising everyone.

I can still fold or go all-in with the purple frame, just not adjust any of the sizing until I actually activate the table, requiring an extra hotkey every single time.

I'll be waiting for the next next next next update to hopefully fix the problems with cycling and table focus and popups...it seems like my problem is similar in nature to what others are experiencing. Figured I would write you first to see if there is anything I'm doing obviously wrong. I've tried every table layout under the setup tab.

Try going to PokerStars>Options>Advanced Multi-Table Options and disable the box marked "Don't steal focus from chat and notes". Let me know if this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

hey iv been using tableninja for the last few days,and its been working fine up until today,for some reason the hotkeys werent working on 90% of my tables

i figured out that when i closed holdem manager 2 my hotkeys and all other table ninja keys would work but when i opened hem again table ninja would stop working.

why is this?iv been using hem2 and tabeninja together for the last ten days with no porblems

Are you using Windows XP? If so its likely one of your HUD elements are covering one of the active parts of the table (pot box, buttons, checkboxes). Try moving the HUD so nothing is covered. If your not using XP its tough to say whats happening without more information. Please send copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

TableNinja Version 1.2.131.0 -- Auto select info tab

We've replaced the info tab refresh feature with one that automatically selects the info tab for you when its your turn. This won't affect cash games and won't trigger if the notes tab is selected.

I updated and it still doesnt switch automatically to info tab, have to switch manualy

but i can't chat anymore..

Try setting a disable hotkeys toggle at the bottom of any tab in TableNinja. Hitting it should allow you to remain on the chat tab.

i meant that when i click on chat tab , it jumps immediately back to the info tab.
sometimes it does jump, sometimes it doesn't..

The feature is currently set to switch to the info tab when its your turn. There isn't any exception for the chat tab as the chat tab loads by default. For now your best bet is to set a disable hotkeys toggle. I'll mention this to the developers though and see if they have any ideas.

Hi,support,my trial version ran out and I uninstalled the program. Now, when I try installing a newer version of the trial so I can buy the full version, it tells me "the configuration data for this product is corrupt. please contact support."

Getting a runtime error on startup today after installing new version:

Windows 7. Seems to be a problem detecting the theme I am using (HyperSimple). Is there any way I can rollback to previous version temporarily?

Ok, TN seems to start fine if I don't have any tables open - was trying to start it with tables already open and the error occurred as above.

But still some other weird annoyances with new version - it hasn't loaded all the settings for example (in particular on the General tab).

Make sure TableNinja is closed and try going to C:/Program Files/TableNinja and delete the file marked "TNConfigAutoLoad". TableNinja will create a new file for you when you restart it. Let me know if this doesn't seem to fix it.



It sounds like you may have installed the update to a new folder instead of overwriting the copy you already had. This would leave you with a blank TableNinja settings file.

Try going to PokerStars>Help>Open my settings folder. Make sure the path listed matches whats shown in TableNinja>Setup. If this doesn't seem to solve the problem please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

I'm noticing a lot more focus stealing issues today after the update. Tables requiring action having focus stolen to other tables needing action before I can make a decision.

At this pace it's only a matter of time before I fold AA pre or go all in with 72o and a 35 BB stack.

I think I may know how this could be happening. I'll let the developers know and see if we can come up with a solution.

same here, freaks out a lot.

so annoying just folded top two pair in monster pot because tables are popping up randomly all the time.

For now disabling the "Automatically select info tab for tournaments" feature should prevent the focus steals.

I installed from the popup telling me there is a new version when opening TN.

TN has been working fine since my second post. If I have any more problems I'll contact you. Thanks for the reply.
