Is there any similar software anyone else knows of?

Try increasing your scroll and search delay in the Sensei. If this doesn't seem to help please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.



Are you using an Aero based desktop theme? If not try switching to one. Then go to the start menu search and type "performance information and tools", without the quotes, and hit enter. In the new window that pops up click the adjust visual effects link. Choose custom and make sure everything is disabled except the following:

enable desktop composition
enable transparent glass
show thumbnails instead of icons
smooth edges of screen fonts
use visual styles on windows and buttons

For the save last HH question it not currently setable. The HH files will show up in your C:/Program Files/TableNinja folder.



I've not had a report quite like this. We've changed logging with the recent update to help isolate problems like this. Please go to TableNinja>Help and enable "Verbose Output" at the start of your session. Then send a copy of your TNLog file from that day to support@alxsoftware.com. You can find the file in C:/Program Files/TableNinja.




I'm not sure what you mean? You can set TableNinja to auto refresh the info tab by going to TableNinja>Annoynaces and checking the box marked "Automatically refresh info tab for tournaments".

We are working on a update to resolve several remaining issues. For now you'll need to use the default background, update any custom themes, and possibly increase the size of your tables. I mean what folder did i need to set for my main hh folder in the setup. The one i have saved is the one i have in the stars client. But there are no files in there because HEM extracts them as theyre saved (i assume). RIght now when i hit the save last hh hotkey, it says theres no hands found for table x.

It sounds like you have an incorrectly set PokerStars settings folder. You can find the correct folder by going to PokerStars>Help>Show my settings folder. Make sure this matches whats shown in TableNinja>Setup. If this doesn't seem to work please send a copy of your TNConfigAutoLoad file to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check over your settings.

Hey there, having issues with table focus. It randomly shoots off from a table that requires action to a table that doesnt require action. I stack 20 tables on windows 7. Cant find any answers in the TN forum.

I'm currently using a tiltbuster noimages table theme. Is there a way I can change the table background only to get the current version of TN to work? I've tried other table themes but hate them all.

Please ... we recently solved an old problem like this for regular tables and its difficult to reproduce. I'm not sure what would be different about cap tables that the fix wouldn't apply. I'll bring it up with the developers though in the meantime.



You should be able to set a custom background in Stars and point it at the default background for the theme base your using. I can't say what that is though. If your using a mod that's based on hyper simple with a default installation of Stars the path to the default background would be:

C:/Program Files>PokerStars>themes>ordinary>bg.jpg

those both match up. Wouldnt this have more to do with having the "main hand history folder" match up rather than the settings? I have a non default folder on my desktop that stars saves the hands to and where HEM extracts them. Wouldnt the file id need to set for main hh folder be the one where HEM is extracting them to and not where stars originally puts them before theyre extracted?

Its hard to be sure if there are still regional clients that haven't updated to the latest version of PokerStars. Most clients are using Stars version 5.429 or newer but for the few that aren't we've released this build.

The gamepad button I've assigned to "Toggle on a break" keeps getting reassigned to a btn already in use when I close and re-open TN.

I can reassign it and it works fine but open closing TN and restarting it , it changes and I keep getting warned that it's already in use.

My "Don't automatically save configuration on close" is not checked.

Are you using the right stick on a 360 controller? If so we have this fixed in an internal build. There seems to be a problem with saving certain buttons. For now try using a different button for the hotkey. We will fix this with a coming release though.

Bet-sizing seemed to stop working a while into my session yesterday [CAP games, classic theme]. Sorry, no more useful info I can provide, I'll let you know if this changes.
