Are you using PokerStars.it? If so this is a known issue. We hope to have a fixed version as soon as possible.

Would be great if a seperate version was made so you could use .fr and .com at the same time. Is there any way of prioritising this if X amount of money is raised to the project? Thanks

Also tournament finished box won't auto close.

I'm able to reproduce something similiar but the popup is a little different than the one in your screenshot. Has this popup changed or am I reproducing something different? I'll report what I have so far to the developers.

I'm unable to reproduce this. Please send a copy of the following files to support@alxsoftware.com and I'll check them over for errors:

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

2) A screen shot of the table with your HUD displayed. See instructions at http://www.iopus.com/guides/screenshot.htm. Please send the screen shot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

The new update on Stars won't let me make a quick buy in. Before the update, I was able to get in the table with my full stack, now I have to confirm that I wanna put full stack.

I'm able to reproduce this. I'll let the developers know. We will get a fix in the works as soon as possible.

The new problem has to do with the new dialogue popups being the strange/new-look ones with black buttons instead of the regular "OK." TN must not be recognizing these popups as OK dialogue boxes.

PS didn't change the "you have been unregistered from the tournament" box to the new-look version, so that one still works as normal.

When finishing a SNG, the new box that comes up "You have finished in 5th place" has also been changed, so TN needs to recognize that box as an OK dialogue box to auto-close too. Thanks!

getting the same problem here with the ok button not being auto clicked when registering for SNG's on stars.com. something to do with the new update im sure.

also the pop up at the completion of the SNG is not being haggled

The dialog that handles same session buy-ins is also not being handled and the close table hot key is not handling the confoirmation either

On PokerStars client: Options --> Advanced Multi-Table Options --> Tick auto-close SNG without notification

Please fix the annoyance with the dialog boxes not being closed before i lose what little sanity i have left.

Yes, pls fix this soon. Very annoying. I had to just leave all those pesting popups hanging there during a session, and I was afraid that after a certain number of these, the PS client will freak out.

That problem is only with the Black Lobby Theme.


Change the lobby theme from Black to Classic.
(View->Lobby Themes...->Pokerstars Classic Theme)

Is it better to enable or disable sorting optimization?

I have noticed when I have it disabled it takes longer to register into games, but the games start faster because it registers nearly full ones.

When I have it enabled it registers really fast but tends to register to games with only 1 player and at the bottom of the list. This is especially bad when there's a regular who has like 30+ games loaded.

So what's the best choice to have as many games running as fast as possible?
