Your antivirus incorrectly recognized whk.dll as a threat and deleted it. Without this file TO hotkeys can not work. You need to reinstall TO.

So right now i only have those two files options.ini and license.dat on my desktop. I still have the TO winrar file on my desktop.


You want me to delete the t.o zip file in winrar as well? It has options.ini there

Yes, delete it but first you may want to extract this options.ini file in case it has more recent settings than the one that was on your desktop.

At the moment this is what i have on my desktop.


I have two files license.dat and options.ini on my desktop. These look like blank page on my desktop.


Then i have the TO winrar file that has these things when i click on it.

I then extracted options.ini file to my desktop since that has my settings on t.o.


I then deleted the TO winrar folder off my desktop.


I downloaded TO off the website. I then extracted everything to my TO folder.


I then copied license.data and options.ini to the TO folder. Also i copied and options.ini
as well since that is my recent settings as you mentioned.


I then went to avast exclusions and added the TO folder. I then turned on Avast.


However the preflop and postflop bet sizing still doesn't work.

It then showed TO doesn't work and i had to copy and paste certain files from the TO folder to the desktop. TO then started but then all my settings are no longer there. My autoregister sngs and my preflop and postflop bet sizing.

The only way i got TO to work is by copying and pasting the files logs, license.dat, options, ntlhk.dll, whkdll and options.ini.. to my desktop.


However i had to input my settings manually because i don't recall how i did it the first time. Is there a way to still reset my settings since i didn't really delete anything off? The delete i did earlier all went to recycle bin.


Also for some reason the BB in big letter doesn't show up at all even when i manually did it.


I would like to be able to use TO like it was before and also not have so many of these files showing up on my desktop like all those files. Looks very clustered on desktop.

I want to set up my auto slots as having 6 tiles with 1 stack in the top left and the rest my bigger buyins. I have set up all the filters for the other slots that automatically move high stakes tables to those slots, however when I run TO the stack doesn't automically bring up the next table needing action within the slot.

How do I fix this?

What does it say here, compatible or incompatible?

Enable "Popup table when action is required" in TO or in Pokerstars.

My desktop at the moment has this


T.O folder i created. Inside it has

5. update application


Logs folder. Inside it has

1. sng_reg folder
2. 12-4-15 text document
3. 12-5-15 document


On my desktop these are the other documents showing

I had then copied and pasted these 5 above and put them in my current T.O folder. So basically the only T.O i have on my desktop is the TO application and a TO folder on my desktop.


I then restarted TO and it did not work. It said it didn't show ntlhk.dlll file. So i had to copy that file from the TO folder to the desktop. It wouldn't start because no license. Then i copied and pasted license.dat file to desktop and did it with the other files options, options.ini, whk.dll and now it works.


But the issue here is these files still show up scattered on my desktop and for some reason even when TO works, i can't get the BB showing when playing. Its the BB amount you have that i have on the top left corner.

Put the TO application in the folder with everything else! You're starting it from your desktop so it's looking on the desktop for the rest of the files. Put them back in the folder along with the .exe file. Then stop moving stuff about!

Okay i just did this and it works when i start TO by clicking on the TO folder and then clicking on the TO application. However, is that really how its suppose to be done though? Seems strange you can't just have it on the desktop as an icon. Thats how i used tableninja1 back then.


Do you know by any chance why i cannot get the big BB to show? I have it on the top left and i could not understand why it didn't show up. I had restarted it few times and still no clue why this is the case.


Also i never moved anything around before! I just recalled last time when i turned on laptop, i wondered why are there so many scattered files like those on my desktop. I at the time wasn't sure if these were my sessionlord or even tableninja1 settings or not as I wasn't 100 percent sure these were tableoptimizer.

You can make a shortcut if you want it on desktop. Right click the.exe, create shortcut, then move the shortcut to desktop.

Okay i did that. But i have to keep the TO folder on my desktop correct? I'm curious if people put it in their downloads or documents etc as im not used to having a folder like that on my desktop.


Also if anyone knows why im having issues displaying the big BB on the left top of my screen.

It doesn't have to be desktop, no. If it works now probably better leave it alone.

No idea about your BB hud not showing, maybe you've got the text colour the same as the background colour?

Hey. Yes text color is different from background color. No idea why the BB doesn't show.

"Move to stack/slot" hotkey doesn't wrok for auto slots.

Can you see BB in Hud preview? Do you have "Enable" ticked on next to "Hud options" button?

Hey cyngischan, maybe you can help me with this issue. I really hope so, because this bugs the hell out of me for a long, long time.

So i left click on the player avatar in order to colour code someone. When i play more than say 5 tables it seems that the "im back" click steals focuss from that colour coding drop down menu. So what im saying is that im repeatedly trying to colourcode players and constantly losing focuss, because the dropdown menu disappears. If i uncheck "automatically click timebank" it does not happen.

In a perfect world i could just left click and no matter if time bank gets clicked the drop down menu would stay without risking timing out. Is there any solution to this?

My preferences are the following:

Multitabling (pokerstars lobby)
unchecked "popup table whenever user action is required"
unchecked "Don't steal focus"

in the table optimizer lobby under general:
unchecked "popup table when user action required"

how does the colour code shortcut work? I have tested this out multiple times over the past years, but never got it working.

There's a hotkey for colour coding a player, click once for first colour, twice for second colour etc.

Would be glad if it was that easy. Does. Not. Work.
Put it on f12, nope. Put it on f11, nope.

edit: okaaaaaaay strg+f11 seems to work, wtf!

Especially because other shortcuts seem to work on f12, again... wtf?

Ok, im still working on this "simple" problem mapping this shortcut to my mouse so that it works. I am using a parallels virtual machine with windows 7 on mac osx btw.

The only shortcuts that works with are Fkey+modifier. The problem is just that i can't map this key combination to my mouse. I don't know if it is just my terrible mac based setup or don't F1-12 generally work for this function?

Sorry for all the rambling but this problem is hellish.

edit: Another observation: if i turn off the pokerstars hotkeys i am able to map this shortcut to the middle mouse btn. If i turn pokerstars hotkeys on it does not work anymore. Even though no shortcut in the pokerstars lobby is mapped to the middle mouse btn.

Firstly, color player hotkey will not work if you're using right mouse button as a hotkey in pokerstars. In order to color it needs to open context menu by right clicking and this is not possible when RMB is used in pokerstars hotkeys.
Secondly, I'm not sure why do you want to map Fkey to middle mouse button. You can setup middle mouse button directly in TO.

I don't see any solution for color coding context menu disappearing when time bank is clicked.

tyvm, that is the info i missed...
if right click is active, any other single key won't work as well, also middle mouse btn does not work then.

just remapped right mouse btn to something else and it seems to work now.
I am just used to folding with right mouse btn, just can't give this up. Again, thank you very much.
