HI I have a strange problem. I wanted to use SaT for Chico and it is a mess.I use kingshands converter for hand history and when I turn it on it recognize the HUD on each table as separate table so I have x2 tables and it jumps around creating a mess. I don't know how to fix it

I have an issue with stack and till as well. I normally always just tile my tables, but sometimes I have to switch to stack and tiling option, due to number of tables I play.

Whenever I do this, I have an issue with PokerStars com and fr, where some of my tables simply time out and never pop up, until i manually bring them out of the stack.

I'm not sure why is this happening, I play on 7 different sites and this only happens on Stars.

"Popup table whenever user action is required" is unticked
"don't steal focus" is unticked on .com and ticked on .fr

Are both .com and .fr skins both using the same table theme, matching the one within SaT?

Yes. It's PokerStars Nova set on all three.

It would be rare that this would happen randomly. Its better to try and test and see if you can reproduce exactly when it happens. Like, put one table in the stack, and wait until its your turn to act and see if it pops out. Put the table back in, wait until you're facing an all-in, and test that too. You can bet 99% of your stack and then fold on play money, then with 1bb left in your stack, any action will be facing an allin. Try different scenarios and see if you can narrow down specifically what may be the problem.

Normal solution would be to try removing and re-Including the site in SaT.

I already did that during the session yesterday. And it may have helped, I cant recall the issue happening afterwards. But will need to check again and let you know.

PS. I wanted to ask, will we see an All-in bet hotkey on SaT in the future?

You currently have 2 options:

1. Use a "Bet x BB" hotkey and set it to something like "99999 bb". This won't work on all sites.

2. Configure the BetSize hotkeys for each site to line up for the same BetSize button

I have been thinking about adding a way to add a custom hotkey based on the site. So for example:

FullTilt -> Click BetSize3
Stars -> Click BetSize4

Because some sites don't allow you to configure the BetSize buttons on the table.

Maybe somewhere in extra advanced options you could people let choose how big to resize microgaming tables. As You can see in screenshot winamax tables by default are resized so they fill the length of of table size and height is resized but microgaming is using height pixels to fill table slot and length is resized to fit in table slot.

My 2560x1440 broke and I am playing currently on 1920x1080 and set SAT table size to stars minimum table size.



Here SaT resizes microgaming tables same as Winamax and everything is easy and clearly visible.


1 more thing. Recently I talked to friend who I introduced to SaT and he asked if there is hotkey for changing layouts and we started to talk about idea for SaT.
We both tile table and have now different layouts with different tables sizes depending how many tables we have open. It would be more comfortable if SaT would automatically change between layouts.
For example I start my session and have 6 tables open and SaT puts layout for 1-6 tables, I register more MTTs and now have 7 tables and then SaT automatically changes to layout for 7-12 tables, then at the end of session I have less tables and once I drop to 6 or less SaT again changes to layout for 1-6 tables.
Probably not so easy to implement and not sure if other people need functionality like this. Just wanted to let You know.

Yeah, this may just be because the width or height of the smallest Stars size causes both Microgaming and Winamax to behave differently based on their site's proportions.

Its a good idea, but only applicable for people who Tile Only. How would the auto switch happen? Would SaT automagically have to determine how many tables would safely tile across the monitor? in the case of 6 tables, probably SaT could easily calculate a grid of 3 columns x 2 rows. But then when you add a 7th table, I guess SaT would go to a 3x3 grid with empty slots 8 and 9. Or would you require each user to set up their own layouts for each # of tables? As you can see there are definitely logistical issues for adding a feature like this.

Are there any issue with Dollaromagic? I'm planning on adding Dollaro poker network and before do it, I just want to make sure I wouldn't encounter any problems.
From what I saw in a youtube video, I guess the software is creating a fake window in order to display the HUD.
In one of you recent comments I saw you mention this for another room, so maybe you know something about DollaroMagic compatibility

I don't know anything about Dollaro network, I havent tried SaT there yet. You would certainly need to create a custom site.

As for the HUD thing, afaik it is not the poker site that creates the fake window, but rather the hand grabber creates it, such as the Kings Hands one. There is a setting you may need to turn on in SaT to get it to work:

If you create a New Layout, and when it asks to define the slot size by pressing F7, if you use a Microgaming table for this step, then that will force all other tables to match Microgaming's size, instead of the other way around. This MAY work better, since other sites such as Stars do not restrict the proportions of their tables.

A few people recently have reported this problem with 888.

Can you click on the menu item: "Help -> Diagnostic -> Get Window Title/Class" and paste me the results for an 888 window?

My guess is like the other people, you have a new 888 client which is using Qt5Window class. No matter what I have done, I cannot seem to get 888 to give me this updated client. My software doesn't automatically update, and when I re-download from the website, it also will not give me the update.

What other people have done, is simply uninstall 888, and then re-download from the website, and then install again. And then try with SaT again. That usually has solved it. And if you run the diagnostic again, it would show #32770 for the classname. Sorry if thats a bit technical
