Technically, this should never happen, because there is only 1 table allowed in a grid slot at the same time. So, if you are seeing this, it means that there is no table currently in that slot, thats why the table moves there. That slot IS the next empty slot. So, the question becomes, how did that other table that is currently at that location get there? I've seen it happen where a user forgot that he has New Tables slot = 0, which means that the tables just open wherever they are and aren't technically in a slot

No, this is not the case, I used for about 3Y+ the same deck on PS, also, I got no problems with your program using that deck...
Also the table is black, so... I think S&T recognize the difference between cards and felt

I forgot to ask you to turn on the Notification for End of Hand in advanced options, just to confirm that that is the issue we're dealing with.

You can also try to lower the color_variation further, maybe try "8" or "4"

Yes you may encounter problems for exactly the reason you describe. That window class is used for many things such as Stars popups and other random Windows things too. You would need to be very distinct with the include/exclude table_title settings.

Yesterday 888 did a software update and it was unplayable with S&T when i had a 888 table.

I just opened 888 this morning but I didn't get any update.

Anyway, when SaT finds a new 888 table, SaT tries to resize the table, and it needs to click the border of the table to make sure the graphics redraw properly because the 888 site does not respond properly to a normal programmatic resize command. Thats why you're seeing the cursor move, and its always done that.

Now I don't know if this update changed something. But, I have a new build in the works for the next release. Can you download and install this, and then remove and re-Include the site and see if its still not working?

No updates, i'm still unconvinced whether a timebank feature is even appropriate given the goals/purpose of SaT. Plus it would need to scale across all sites, instead of just one specific site. I tested whether it was possible for FTP just to see, so I know its feasible

Its automated. Its just as its explained on the website really. The user needs to put in your email address on the payment page, in the box "How did you hear about SaT?" Then the system checks if there is a monthly subscription associated with that email, and if so, credits the next month free.

I can check if maybe the user mistyped in your email or something. But I'd need both yours and the end users email addresses that were used to sign up

Yes, you'd need to remove and re-Include the site. Looking at your deck, none of your suits are black. They are blue,green,yellow,red. So I don't THINK that should be the problem. But, it would be good if you can test it anyway, just to try to eliminate some options.

From re-watching the video, the flop gets dealt face down, so I can see the blue cardbacks, and then the table returns to the stack. Perhaps SaT sees the blue back, then when the card "flips", SaT sees nothing and thinks the card is gone. Thats the only thing I can maybe think of. But in that case, you would probably notice it at other times too, not just only when calling a 3bet. Are you certain thats the only time it happens?

Finally, I just want to make sure you're Including the site properly. When it asks you to "click on a white part of the card", you are NOT doing that, right? With 4 color deck, the only white part is the facevalue, and thats not what we want. You want to click on a solid color, probably you want it near the top left corner of the first flop card. Where have you been clicking?

Yeah, the fact that it happens rarely is what makes it hard to track down. Could be a bug in your set up or could be a bug in SaT. Once we track down the cause then we would know.

If its just the fact that SaT is seeing the blue cardback, and then thinking the flop disappears when the cards flip over, then that may just be a problem of too much lag on PokerStars client, either caused by a slower computer system, or other poker software increasing their demands on the client. A solution in that case would be to slow down SaT's scan time..

Hi Greg... I've tried to play with that notification of but even if I set to be on the screen for 5 seconds, the notification would last on a fraction of it, and it is difficult to update you for the bug...
Why the notification remains on the screen for a few fractions instead of the 5 seconds (which I set up)

Thats very strange, but maybe its a clue. Does it say "End of Hand detected" for the split second? What happens afterwards? Does a new notification pop up saying "Action required" ?
