this usually means that you're not clicking on the table before you press F9, or you're not running SaT as administrator

for active tables moving from stack to grid, that is Tile Setting = Action Required, which is the default

what you're probably noticing is the New Tables setting, which defaults to 'grid'. this is the suggested setting, so that all New Tables can be seen. then, you would just set up a "Stack Table" hotkey, or "Fold + Stack Table", etc, to send each table to the stack. from there, they will move to grid as needed

if you want to put all New Tables into the stack, just change that setting to the slot number of your stack.

It refers to "MergeBig table" upon setup but presumably they have merged their tables to be alterable in size and this no longer exists. Could that be the problem?

Obv I'm trying this on play money. Tried cash and SNGs but presumably that isn't the problem?

I'm using preferred seating, again doubting that's a problem.

sorry man, i have had long time users forget to click on the table before pressing F9

MergeBig just refers to your grid slot size. depending on your grid size, you'd see MergeSmall, MergeMid, or MergeBig. i had to create different settings for each since they don't scale their tables well. same with cake2

i just tested it on play money and it worked for me, so i dont think Merge changed anything with their classnames

what is the error that SaT is reporting? is it telling you the wrong window title?

hi greg, i have a feeling my settings reset when i had to download and reinstall, how do i reduce the time between decisions (we did this in our session)

also, if im using the mouse (for some reason) would it jam it up when i was stacking because its not sending table to the bottom after each action?

i'm not sure i remember exactly what you mean about "reducing the time between decisions"

when you reinstall SaT, you're settings should not get overwritten. did you have to create a whole new grid configuration?

you can check your current layout configuration by clicking File->Current Layout

we might have played with the "action_delay" setting but i dont remember exactly, been helping a few ppl recently

I downloaded the trial the other day but seem to be having some issues with getting everything set up.

I am currently on True Poker (winning poker network) and sometimes SAT works great, other times not so much. I currently have my main stack on one monitor, with 4 other available positions for tables requiring action on another.

The problem I am having is it's not switching out tables that need active decisions all of the time. A lot of the times I have tables that do not require my action sitting on my main monitor in the 4 grid, and I'm forced to play out of the stack on my other monitor to prevent myself from timing out.

I've tried setting up SAT with the different themes to no avail (Going to test some more now) and also know of the inherent problem with the network's software of having the preaction buttons being the same color as the action buttons...but I know a setup is viable since I know of other regulars on the site that do not have these issues.

Gonna dig around in the thread some now, if I can get it working I'll definitely be purchasing, great product! Just a few kinks.

if all of your grid slots are full, then SaT will just pop tables to the top of the stack for you to play on them, until grid slots free up

do you realize that once SaT has moved a table into grid, it will stay there until you Fold or specifically re-stack it? maybe you were under the assumption that the tables will be in grid only when action is required.


the issue of the preaciton checkboxes being the same color, that would cause tables to move to grid PREMATURELY, so in fact you would get tables in the grid that don't necessarily need action just yet, but only because the preaction checkboxes are visible

I guess a better way of phrasing the issue I am having, is it's leaving tables in the grid whenever I don't have hole cards. For example just now I folded on 2 tiled tables, and they did not return to the stack.

are you clicking Fold with the mouse? this is the only thing that would make sense. it could be that TruePoker has recently changed the size of their buttons and my rectangles are off.

do you not like to use hotkeys? the "Fold + Stack" hotkey was designed specifically for this. can you at least try it and let me know if it works? then we can narrow the issue

I will try that tomorrow for sure. I believe it would work perfectly, too bad I am stupid and over looked it haha. . I set up just a hotkey to just stack all tables (letting the active ones pop back out) and it was working OK, also I was experiencing the issue when folding through hotkey and just clicking the button.

a hotkey for "Fold" only will NOT stack the table

clicking Fold with the mouse SHOULD stack the table

and obviously "Fold + Stack" WILL stack the table

No error comes up, I can just be pressing F9 to my hearts content and nothing happens. I wondered if I had a hotkey clash but I closed all such programs and the same thing occurred

but you said this only fails when trying to include Merge? can you try to force a failure of a diff site?

Ok we're onto something. I tried to set-up PokerStarsBlack and exactly the same response.

However I made sure I did it straight from start-up with no other programs running so I don't think it can be a hotkey clash.

I am trying to add a site with 3 already set-up (StarsHyper, 888, Party Modern) I don't know if that makes a difference.

same response meaning no response? no error message at all like i get in the screenshot?

When I have an active table the table dosen't move to the grid, it stays in the slot. It just pops up as the first and active table in the slot.
Basically all tables are stacked and stays that way.....

Still can't figure out how I have all tables in the slot and active tables get moved to the grid, like in your video

click on the menu File->Current Layout, and then copy and paste me everything so i can take a look at your full config, theres gotta be an issue somewhere
