I answered this question in my previous reply. If your skin isn't detected you can click 'Add' to manually select the correct hand history folder so your hands can be imported:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{iPoker Client Name}\data\{iPoker Screenname}\History\Data
With that setup things should work even if the client isn't detected. You can also download the installer for your iPoker skin, compress it, and attach it to a
Support Ticket so that we can find out the data we need to auto detect it.

This isn't relevant to whether the iPoker client is detected or not. iPoker do not specify the timezone in their hand histories so these options are provided if your hands are importing in PokerTracker 4 with the wrong time and if that is the case you can pick any skin here as long as the timezone is the same.
