Not as far as I am aware. There is the occasional post in this thread however we have our own dedicated custom statistic forum here.

Support has been added and as far as I am aware the number of players is recorded correctly although as mentioned above these files are new and we are in touch with WPN to improve the amount of tournament data available.

For some reason instead of my normal HUD showing up, it shows a square box in the middle of the screen and ask something about this table/hand. It shows all the names of the players sitting, and the amount of money they have. I don't remember off hand what it says, but why is my normal HUD not showing up? Is this a known glitch? I am playing on ACR. Thank you.

I downloaded PT4 to do a trial. It says I needed to download PostgreSQL, but when I try to start PT4 I have to configure and it keeps saying it is done wrong.

How do I properly configure so I can try out Pt4?

I think it might have been an incomplete download. There was some message that prompted with an error, but I am not certain what it said.

I am using Windows.

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it? If the PostgreSQL service is not listed at all then it still needs to be installed. If the PostgreSQL service is listed but not starting then open the Event Viewer (in the same way - if you type 'event' you should see it). In the top left section, expand "Windows Logs" and click on "Application". Do you see any recent errors in the top center section for PostgreSQL? If you do let us know what they say.

My HUD on windows PokerstarsPA stopped working. Havent changed anything. Have tried shutting down and restarting. The hands are still getting imported fine.

Hi, I formatted my computer and now when I install Pokertracker the program stops responding when I click install PostgresSQL.

Any idea why?

In the import area with Hud it shows <Hud loading...>

There seems to be some interference from StarsCaption when I have that running it hardly ever finds the tables and if I close it there is a much better chance.

PokerstarsPA now has a (Session Time XX:YY) attached as the beginning of a window title. Perhaps this is something to do with it?

It had something to do with a newer version of caption, I reverted and it works now. I reported it to Caption to investigate.

Please try downloading and installing PostgreSQL v9.6 from here instead and for the password boxes use "dbpass" (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default.

That shouldn't take very long. Try installing to a custom location (such as C:/PostgreSQL) but if that doesn't help security software might be interfering. If you still cannot get PostgreSQL to install then please send us the log from the failed install to us in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\Temp\install-postgresql.log

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.
