Hi Rob,

I just bought a new computer (PC) and want to move my database over there from my mac.

I only used my PT4 code on the mac, and IIRC you get two registrations? So I should be able to download it and use the old PT4 code that shows up when I log into the site?

I'll wait till you reply to DL it and try the code.

So I just need some help moving the DB. I tried google but only found threads that are years old.

Hi guys

I am looking for something which I've seen in youtube vids.

Basically it is a live hand summary of the current hand in progress that lets you know the lines that you and your opponents have taken thus far.

I need it for multi tabling. Sometimes I arrive at a river on one table and can't remember how the hell I got there.

I hope pt4 has this feature but if not, pls direct me to a hud that does.

After bcp update hud is working on normal tables but not blitz tables.

Restart both PokerTracker 4 and your poker client and if that doesn't fix it then please contact us in a Support Ticket with your PokerTracker4.log file:

Hi Rob,

I put the database on a stick, and transfered it to my SSD in my new computer. i'm trying to restore it but I keep having to stop it as it has ran for upwards of 2 hours.

I only have 300kish hands in there. How long should it take?

Try moving your backup file to the root of C:\ on the new computer and running the restore from there. Also if it's slow restoring processed files you can safely cancel it and restart the restore with "Processed Hands" unchecked and it should proceed much faster. Processed hands are not required for your database to restore - they are the original hand history files and are only needed should you ever need to re-import them again to a new database. You can also extract them from the backup file if you ever need to use them again.

Is there a trick to getting HUD working with bovada? I've setup the Ignition grabber and it shows active tables (some of them) but just says "HUD Loading" under HUD profile section. I followed setup directions from PT site.

If you still have a problem with your HUD then please enable logging, take a screenshot and send that to us in a Support Ticket with your log files. You can access the log files by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window. Go into the 'Logs' folder and compress all the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and send them to us with your screenshot:

Yes it's planned and if you open a Support Ticket we can notify you when that's available.

An update to the hand grabber will be released but this also requires a new version of PokerTracker 4. I don't know exactly when it will be ready but you can open a Support Ticket to get notified when it's available.

Hello,

Started playing on ACR, but nothing will appear on the table. I have set to get hands while playing, but when I view import status, it says "Winning Poker Network: Found 0 files to monitor." The only folder that is appearing for auto-import is HandHistory file, should there be another file that reads tourney information? I'm at a loss.
