this thing is very sporadic, by my count, it works around 50% of the time.

i am playing atm and have setup fixed bet amount for my mouse buttons, 2.5bb for Xbutton1 and 3.5bb for Rbutton, and now when i click either '0' appears in bet box, wtf

I want this sorted or a refund

for some reason it seems to work more as the session goes on but still not 100%.

also i keep getting timed out despite having the 'auto click timer after [5] seconds' checked

i play stars 6max mid stakes

Once more I timed out on stars. This time i played tiled with litltle overlap, but even as I activated the table id did not work out.

And two more issues with stars:
i) Active Tabels are not higlighted
ii) I cant stop the SNG-Opener to open SNGs, no matter if I press Stop Session, Pause or uncheck the SNGs I was playing. I have either to close PSC or open the Stars cashier or something like that.

I'm getting 2.5 X bets in the early levels of SNG- 30 is 75, 50 is 125 and so on (10 player turbo) Hyper Simple. I wiped out the settings for 2 players and still got the same - nowhere in my cash game settings do I have a 2.5x raise. Any suggestions.

Everything else is perfect for me, program is running great.

Any ideas as to how to get the mouse move working? I've been through the setup help over and over trying to see what I could've done wrong and I can't figure it out. I have a Logitech G5 mouse, vista running at 2560 resolution, and I have experimented with different wallpapers. I also installed set point after it wasn't working without it but that didn't work either.

Ok, switching to PokerShortcuts from ahk scripts has costed me little over -$2000 so far.

I max table both Fulltilt/Pokerstars cash games on cascade seperately and tables do not pop up at times(Mostly being fulltilt). I would have to skim thru and find the table not being activated in order for the tables to start popping again. Also time bank do not work at times for both.

Is this just me or a bug? I need serious help or i'm goin to be burning more money unless I say **** you to Poker shortcuts.

poker shortcuts just cost me 35 dollars not counting potential profits.I was ten tabling 6.50 18 mans.I have them stacked and i am using the hyper simple theme,.Everything is configured as per the website.My operating system is windows vista home premium sp2.Ok here is what happened I was playing and then out of nowhere all of my tables froze I could not get them to open.So I shutdown pokershortcuts and my tables immediately went back to normal.The only problem is that pokershortcuts made a bunch of crazy calls and ****ed me bad in most of the tournaments I was in.I don't recommend anyone buy this program until all of these issues are fixed.I am so concerned about this program that I have sent it to a buddy of mine that programs security related applications just to make sure this program isnt some sort of trojan.Buyer beware.

Geez guys, sorry to hear of your troubles. I am not affiliated with WindyHill so can't help with refunds. I suppose all I can offer up is.... this works well for me since the last update. I can 16 table FR cash games (8 for each, cascaded).

I must be dumb, because I can't figure out the "sit out all tables when the blinds hit me" functionality, which I'm sure must be there.

I have never bothered to try using it. I usually don't play more than 4 tables, so it's a minor issue to do manually.

I play cash fr at full tilt but would like to play at stars as well.

Seems like a lot of posters are having problems with the program.....

If I minimize a table and then tap 1x or 2x to not post (deal me), it brings up the hand history of the table I just minimized. FT, WinXP.

hit alt-a twice, it explains how to do it on the Deal Me tab of the interface.

Forgive me for not reading the thread, but I'm having problems in win7 with poker shortcuts opening sngs on ftp. It will open them but then quit after it opens like 3 or 4 then sporadically start working again if I click the ftp client main window.

Kinda ot, but fts won't open sngs for me on windows 7 but it works fine in xp. It's getting extremely annoying having to use my laptop whenever I have to play on ftp and it's a pita to play on the small screen.

If PSC open a Stars SnG-lobby this only pop up on my primare TFT, what have i to do that the lobbys only open on my secound TFT(ther are the Main lobby too)?
btw if i manualy open lobbys there will open on the second TFT.
For FTP it works fine.

FTS freezes when i hit: calibrate felt colors!

and it doesn't work with new FTP update??

Today, Full Tilt Poker made a major upgrade to their software, which prevents our software from working correctly on Full Tilt tables. Unfortunately, it is a VERY significant change that requires us to change nearly every aspect of our software.

We are currently working to make Poker Shortcuts compatible with the new version. After that we will work to make FT Table Opener compatible.

I don't have an estimate yet for when new versions of our software will be available, but I keep you updated here in the forums and on our website as I know more.
