MergeKeys: Hotkeys/Table Management for the Merge Network - Page 44 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

The same here after a reboot. I uninstalled MergeKeys using Revo and did a complete new install, only to get the exact same error message. I now realize how much I miss MergeKeys when it is not there.

I may chase the work-around later if I am tilting too bad. I hope things are OK with jl2345. He has done some exceptional work for the community.

It has to be running at least when you start up MK, I don't think it calls home any other time except for start up. So in theory you can kill EasyPHP after you get up an running.

Everyone bear in mind though that using this workaround you will not be informed when an update occurs unless you keep checking here and jl2345 posts that he put an update out.

Let's all hope everything is ok with jl2345.

A folder will be open

7. Extract the zip file download in step 5 into the opened folder in step 6

If you done correctly u will have something like:
C:\EasyPHP-5.3.9\www\runbetterpoker\mergekeys\joe\testing.htm l
(If u installed EasyPHP on C:\)

8. Open the file C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts with ur favorite text-editor, append 1 line at the end

Code:

127.0.0.1                 ns2059.hostgator.com

Save and close the file

9. EasyPHP > Restart

10. Launch MergeKeys and watch it runs

Remember to save file u edited

My AV wanted to stop me from editing the host file but i disabled it. saved it, restarted both & still didn't work.

Was the same for me, but I ended up getting it to work.

I noticed the EasyPHP in the system tray said it was (Stopped) and upon right clicking there was a bold PENDING and no many how many times I pressed restart and exited/restarted nothing seemed to happen. If its the same for you, you might have to just get it to restart.

I got mine to restart by exiting EasyPHP and then following the path file to it "C:\Program Files\EasyPHP-5.3.9" and double clicking "EasyPHP-5.3.9". It worked for me, might for you too.

You're using the black carpet. Choose another carpet color or use MergeMods and it will work.

Hey guys. It should be fixed. I believe my hosting company changed something that caused this outage. I haven't touched the website in a couple weeks.

I'm really sorry for the length of the outage. I was out most of the day and only found out about this when I got home and got a message via Skype a few hours ago. I guess I should get an iPhone or something.

I still need to release 1.65, which fixes a layout manager issue and the pop up closer for SNGs. Hopefully I can get to that in the next few days.

About the leak which help me to bypass the checking process, you could make a dnslookup to get the host ip before sending http request to make sure the request arrive in your server.

For some reason I can't get my hotkeys to fuction, even after doing the quick fix. I get the red border on active window and everything else just fine. My hotkeys for folding/checking, etc just won't work.

ran as admin, everything's fine now.

good job joe and thank you for being available on skype. would also like to reiterate how appreciative i am of this program and the fact that it is funded by donations. these are tough times for american grinders. mergekeys makes the situation much easier to deal with.
