Ignore post above. So it is recording my hands as being 3 hours earlier than when the hand should be recorded... any suggestion?? I live on west coast and my computers time is correct.

they added some timezone detection in last update but might not be detecting yours correctly for some reason. Only thing I could think of is pc is not set right but you said it is. For me last update fixed the 1hour behind issue I was having. Thanks for the update guys.

But two problems:

1. Hands are importing on all games, but there is one table where the HUD refuses to start. They show up in the PT hands list no problem though. Restarting the HUD etc doesn't help. I thought it was the new version's fault so I tried downgrading to 2.02.4, even restarting my computer but the problem remains. My guess is it's because of this particular table's long 3-worded name? Just a guess. I tried scanning the entire Bovada lobby for more very long table names but couldn't find one.

2. In the Settings window I am unable to click on the radio buttons that choose between showing the tables as a list or buttons. So I don't even know what that looks like. Also The X button is broken in that window. I have to click save to close the window

Also a suggestion: Good job on making the main window a little larger. But on long table names where the font is smaller maybe keep the font size the default for the stakes. Would look more professional.

Ok so i began today with the intention of finding the best HUD for bovada, as i have just started to play on there. General consensus seems that BCC is my best option. I have read the first few and last pages of this thread and just have a couple questions.

- What, if any, are the differences/advantages between HM2 and PT4? Are they virtually the same product/price. Based on all of your experiences, am i better off with one over the other. I did have PT2 a while back, does anyone know if i can get a break on the price of PT4 since i've already bought one of their products?

- What role does a hand converter play in all of this? Is it essential for BCC or PT4 to work effectively? And what are my best options?

We're going to be adding a time zone offset next build. The developer tried to put in some detection scheme, but it's not working as expected.

The hand converter is just an extra option for study. It will allow you to download hands from bovada 24 hours after you play and see all your opponents known hole cards. It's a nice feature to have to study the games you're in, and also make sure there's no collusion going on.

I tried out the MTT catcher tonight and it worked pretty well for the most part, but there were a few bug I noticed:

1) Every now and then the HH would be missing the 1st line (eg: PokerStars Hand #123551 ...),
2) There would sometimes be a negative bet amount (and the summary would have a negative total pot and rake value).
3) The HH would report everyone having the same amount of chips.
4) BB and SB values were wrong.

If this ever happened, HM2 wouldn't recognize the table so I couldn't use the HUD. Here's an example HH from my last session that meets all criteria above:

Mmm... what version are you running and what kind of S&G's are these? We've done a ton of samples and testing, and haven't seen over a .01% error rate anywhere.

Are there any plans to add support for saving zone hand histories? Obviously the hud wouldn't work, but I would like to have the hands saved automatically to my database.

After we get any of these remaining import issues, we're going to address it. I don't know how plausible it is yet honestly, but we're going to look at it.

i cant get the hud working for tournaments... the table list just says waiting for tournament number. When i highlight it and hit timebank/ last hand they both work though

The HHs that it saves in real time don't include hole cards, even if the hand went to showdown. Is this something that will be fixed?

Also, any way to stop from having to use the table finder for every table?

I'm not sure. I saw it do this once too. I've talked with the developer. It did start when I stopped and re-started the catcher, but I don't want to do that.

With HM2 it's table finder. We've tried several methods with their HUD. The PT HUD just fires up with it. It's something we'll go back and re-visit at some point.

It functions like it would off of any site. You're not supposed to see mucked hands, but I guess they show this in the replayer for collusion's sake.

Tried the HUD out last night for the first time, and other than running terrible, everything worked well for cash. I played 1 MTT, and had the same problem with it saying "waiting for tourney ID". I'll let you know if this is a persistent issue. I would like to have PT4 and all my hands on my desktop (where i grind), but also on my laptop (hand reviews on the go). Whats the easiest way to do this? i noticed there is an import via email in PT4. I tried going into bovada to DL my HH's a second time on my laptop, but it didnt seem to let me DL the HH's twice. I then tried copying what i believed to be the converted HH's on my desktop, to laptop, and then tried importing onto laptop PT4...but it didnt take it. Please just lmk the easiest way to do this as i am lazy lol. Thanks.

Bought the tournament card catcher last night and it won't let me register my serial number. It keeps saying that it's not a valid serial key. I've emailed support but haven't got a solution yet. Any help would be appreciated.
